Booking an appointment was easy, and the dispatcher said that there's a minimum $160 charge for the 1st hour/ visit, plus any parts needed. The plumbers showed up on time and started to suggest a lot of repairs for a simple leak. We settled on a gasket replacement for the shower valve, but the plumbers stated that wasn't covered under warranty. The gasket replacement fixed the leak. Initially they wanted to charge $32.50 for each gasket, which is ridiculous, and we settled on a lower price. Based on the experience, I wouldn't use JC Green Plumbing again.

I am highly satisfied with doing business with JC Green Plumbing. From the initial phone call, the lady was able to get me a very competitive quote. She was also able to schedule me the same day I called. Once the plumber came, he was courteous and wore booties over his shoes so he doesn't get my carpet dirty. He was able to assess my drain issue in my bathtub quickly, and left the place clean! No more using drano for me!! Thank you JC Green Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

They replaced my sewer lateral, in which I had complications with. Though JC Green Plumbing quickly came to take a look and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. I loved how clean and efficient they were with their work. It passed inspections!

Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and it was easy to schedule. They were upfront with pricing over phone. Alex was super courteous, he explained options and took care of the work thoroughly. Cleared the blockage then went above and beyond to clear the roots that were causing the problem. I would call them again in a heartbeat and they are always my first call.

I can't say what already hasn't already been said about JC Green Plumbing! Jesus responded to my quote request in 10min and it was a holiday weekend! We were able to set up an appointment the very next day. Eric and Humberto arrived at the scheduled time and got straight to work. They were nice enough to lay a tarp on our carpet and floors to limit any mud and water being trekked into our home because of the recent rain we've been having. Their priced were competitive and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater!

JC Green plumbing has been on top of it from the estimate to the permit process to the repair. Every step of the way hs been communicated with me. Changes were needed and done with no issues prior to contract set up. Easy and Fast. Value was on track with other estimates but the customer service was top notch.

Anytime there's a plumbing issue I do not have to worry with this company! I just had a leaking faucet this last week. They got in contact with me the same day of my inquiry and were able to accommodate my busy schedule. They notified my when they were 30 minutes away, wore masks and booties, took no more than 20 minutes to fix the issue and were on their way! I've used JC Green Plumbing for several fixes and upgrades and I never have to worry about the quality of their work or being overcharged or up-sold. They provide competent professional service along with peace of mind, which in my opinion is priceless.

Our office restroom had our annual toilet flooding... and we have worked with a different plumber in the past, but the problem was never resolved, hence the annual/reoccurring flooding.

After I called JC Green Plumbing, Romero arrived within one hour. He was quick to let me know that our flooding issue will not be resolved unless we re-do the piping, because the original pipes were put together incorrectly, with multiple sharp turns, making it impossible to feed the snake through the pipes in order to remove the blockage.

Romero was right...and was the first plumber to address the underlying problem. We were thrilled to have him re-pipe for us, and he and his team did an excellent job. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. No non-sense upsells - who has time for that?!

JC is great on fixing all of my plumbing issues. The first time they came out they fixed a leaking pipe outside my home. I used them again recently for another leaking pipe outside my home. They are very fair for the prices and deliver excellent service! Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I have used JC Green for a couple different projects within the last couple months. The first required two follow-ups by Alex. He was cheerful and very helpful. He respected my space (did make a mess or break anything). Most importantly, he helped me fix something for thousands of dollars cheaper than what I was quoted by multiple other plumbers, yet did the job properly (didn’t cut corners). The second job was done by Romero (I THINK, sorry!). He was just as kind, helpful, and didn’t make me feel dumb for having broken the pipe. These guys are wondering, clearly knowledgeable and hard workers. The woman on the phone (sorry, can’t remember her name) was very kind, too. Prices reasonable. All good!

They had great availability which meant we didn’t have to wait long to schedule a consultation. Our technician was professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with a very reasonable quote and was able to complete the job the same day. We definitely would recommend this company and are glad we have a trusted plumbing company that we can reach out to for future plumbing needs.

Recently had a leak in my tub that impacted my neighbor below. Alex with JC Green came on the same day I called and did a very professional and good job. Alex was very corteous and efficient and replaced the very old pipes in 3 hours so I could start using tub again.

Swift and professional service! I called as my fill valve was wearing down causing my toilet to make random noises throughout the day. I literally got an appointment within a few hours of my call to them and the technician came quickly. When attemping to turn the water off, we also saw the shut off valve was not working properly as the water was not turning off. The technician had all the parts and was ready to fix both issues ASAP for a reasonable price. I've used them before for another issue and I am always a satisfied customer.

Alex, came and was early after they checked that that was ok. He was friendly and quickly solved my plumbing issue. He also gave me more info by showing me what was wrong specifically. We recently discovered a backup in the sewer line, and I remembered the great experience we had several years ago with JC Green Plumbing when we needed our water heater replaced. This time was no different—they were quick to respond, communicative, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. Not for nothing, the tech Alex was very gracious considering it can be gross/embarrassing dealing with waste and he patiently answered all my questions about the assessment and solutions.

We haven’t replaced the sewer line yet but he explained their trenchless method which essentially feeds the new line underground. This is awesome because there’s minimal disruption to our yard.

I have had repairs done by JC Green Plumbing over the past few years at my home in San Leandro. They are always reliable and professional. Cynthia is friendly and efficient on the phone. Recently Alex installed a toilet for us and then came back to address a malfunction issue. He knows his stuff, he works fast, and he is pleasant and cleans up thoroughly. This is the best plumbing company I have worked with, and I highly recommend them.

Great experience with this company! We had incredibly old plumbing in the house we purchased, and we'd spent a ton of money paying for commercial grade snaking.

We consulted several companies in San Leandro and Oakland, and ended up going with JC Green. The front office was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the technicians who came for the quote and for the service were super professional. The job was done in one day, and they replaced the entire upper sewer lateral, and placed two new cleanouts.

I'm sure this was no small job for them, as the piping from our bathroom to the street stretches across the entirety of our property. They did most of this job without digging, and only had to knock out and replace a small portion of our concrete driveway.

The job was just under $7000. We are incredibly happy. It's been about 5 months since this job was done, and we haven't had a single issue. Before, we could only go about 30 days without having the pipes cleaned out professionally.

We had recently installed a tankless water heater and at first everything was working well until it wasn’t, I contacted Jesus told him the issue and he immediately worked with our schedule to come and do an inspection.
