I made an appointment, he said he would show up the same day in a few hours. He never showed up, or even replied to my calls, voicemails or texts, ever! Weird, rude, and very unprofessional. There are plenty of other rooter services you can call. Try someone else.

Sewer cleaning done today by Richard Reyes. He and his helper in very responsible and professional. Will do more business with this company in the future.

Called up for service on a sump pump and the boss, who answered the phone gave me a quote of $125. When the tech showed up, he spent exactly 10 minutes and all he had to do was clear the check valve. He added no parts and did nothing else, but insisted on a $300 fee for his 10 minutes. I called the boss and complained. Then the tech was angry that I called his boss. The tech said unless I pay the $300 that he'd put things back they way they were with the clog in the line. After multiple calls to his boss, we negotiated down to $200 which is rediculous for 10 min. of work. Bottom line: DO NOT USE PRO ROOTER. They say one thing, and then when they have you by the short hairs, they stick it to you. TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST.

The guy Chilo came because we had asked to fix a sewage drain caused by roots and dirt stuck in the storm drain for years caused by the previous house owner. We agreed on a $300 since the pipe went straight, but at the end he asked for $400 even though spent a total of an hour cleaning the pipes. The worst part is after he left it was still clogged with a bunch of roots throughout the pipe that we had to get out ourselves.

Before he left, he also misinformed us about a misalignment in the pipes and asked us if we wanted to fix it for $900. We opened it up ourselves to find out that there was no misalignment but a bunch of roots clogged that was causing what he though was the misalignment.

That was a total scam.

Pro Rooter checked our sewage drain with a camera for no cost and changed 45 ft of pipe from our house to the street within 7 hours. They were efficient and clean and both the water district and city inspectors told me that they are good at what they do and never cut any corners. This was one of the most hassle and pain free plumbing experiences we've had so we plan to use Pro Rooter again if needed.

I recently had an excellent experience with Hector who installed a shut-off valve in my home. From start to finish, the service was prompt, professional, and courteous.

Firstly, Hector arrived exactly on time for the scheduled appointment, which I greatly appreciated. Punctuality is important to me, and it set a positive tone for the entire service.

Throughout the installation process, the plumber was courteous and respectful. He took the time to explain each step of the installation and how the shut-off valve works. I found this hands-on teaching to be incredibly helpful and educational.

Pro rooter is actually one of the most reliable and fairly priced vendors who support me. I primarily ask for Richard’s help in the field and he does an exceptional job communicating what he’s accomplished and responding to requests quickly. I have had dozens of positive experiences and nothing negative.
