Horrible people and horrible experience !!!

I had a bad experience with this company. They installed the wrong toilet, charged $789, and didn't clean up properly. Ultimately, I refused to pay for something I didn't want.

They repaired a broken pipe and installed a cleanout at my house. They showed up quick got the work done fast and did a good job

Great Company very professional and will do their very best to help with any problems you may have.
I highly recommend this company👏🏼. You don’t get any better with this team of guys !

Horrible company, aggressive drivers, sassy customer service reps

I am very happy with the services provided by Service 4 Plumbing. Here are the reasons:
1. They are punctual and provide in-time assistance: when I had the first problem, the crew showed up in 30 minutes in pouring rain. They said they’d be here at 8 am, they came at 8 and stayed until the job was done.
2. They are subject matter experts especially Napoleon, who is experienced, knowledgeable and empathetic. He works hard and provides different options which made it easier for me to made a decision. He works with you, which is very difficult to find.
3. Their work is neatly done: The pipes were laid out neatly and organized.
4. They don’t leave a mess. They clean up the site and surfaces after the job.
5. They are considerate: They minimized the amount of time our water was turned off, and helped me bring buckets of water upstairs without even being asked.

An accurate guy to fix the Plumbing problems in a one time and for the rest of you house age with a good materials and the best warranty

Horrible experience with no urgency to help get things fixed. Left me over a week and half with no hot water because they had no other appointments available. Customer service reps are rude and don’t try to help. They don’t care if you have kids, elderly people, or medically complex people at home they will not help you in a timely manner to get your hot water back despite it being winter with cold mornings and nights they will leave you to suffer with cold water

I was having issues with my toilet and sink being clogged and I needed a same day appointment which they were able to accommodate. Both Raphael and the gentleman who assisted us were super communicative and kind. They were speedy and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely amazing service! My kitchen sink is a tricky, high-end setup, but the Justin & team replaced it perfectly. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out—no shortcuts, no guesswork. The Samantha (office) was just as impressive with friendly communication and great support. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be using them again!

Keith was very methodical and skillful in diagnosing and then effectively and efficiently solving a plumbing issue affecting the shower and two sinks in our master bedroom. He was able to completely resolve the issue in under an hour. Timely, professional, skillful, and efficient. Highly recommend Keith for any of your plumbing needs!
