Super professional and showed up right away when I was having an issue with my kitchen sink. They repaired it on the spot and even took a look at a few other plumbing issues I had throughout the house and helped me fix a bathroom tub and a slow draining bathroom sink. Would definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing issues in the future

Had a shower drainage emergency issue on a Saturday night. Sent them a message, received a call, they were there within 30 minutes and repaired my shower (and some) within an hour. Great customer service with even better workmanship! Will recommend and use again.

Gary and his team of plumbers are professional and honest. Everyone who came to help were courteous, respectful and honest in their work.
We initially called Gary due to a leak from our 2nd floor bathroom into our dining room. While we thought the worse of a burst pipe in the ceiling on the first floor; while it took a while for the junior tradesmen to figure out the issue, as soon as Gary saw the situation he knew it was just a simple matter of resealing the shower floor as after 15 years of wear and tear, the sealant came off and that was where the water was coming from.
Our next call was an emergency when our water heater burst and Gary told us what to do until he could get there the next morning with a replacement heater. He quickly replaced our water heater and added a pipe without damaging our townhouse siding.
Every work that they do is explained clearly so we understood what/why; and there were never any surprises to their estimate.

Costellos gave us a much lower estimate of three to repair an outside water main leak. They were prompt and Miguel came out to quickly dig a hole and replace a section of broken pipe. He had to r & r a bush and deal with a rock wall terrace but left our garden with nothing amiss. I had contact with Gary and Victor the supervisor as well; all good. I would use them again.

They have done a few jobs for me now and have always came through for me 100% explaining what the problem is and What the cost will be and why.
From a regular snake job and to digging and repairing broken pipes underneath the house. They fixed the problem.

Had a bit of a plumbing emergency and my bathroom started leaking today. I had called multiple emergency plumbers, but Costello's came on time and provided fantastic service. Alex came on time, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem, even go and get parts for the work, and fix everything in a timely manner. The quote was totally reasonable for the work and I won't hesitate to call on Costello's if I need any plumbing needs in the future.

I had a good experience with their tech Miguel Romero. He did a thorough assessment of the work needed and pointed out some problems that could be addressed in the future.
