Choosing a trusted, reputable remediation company can be a challenge as they are not all created equal. We have used Pacific Flood Restoration dozens of times at our properties and when you are faced with a flood or mold issue, it is important to know you have someone you trust that is not going to overcharge you, do unnecessary work or lack the experience to treat your property the proper way. We are typically dealing with concerned residents and they set the proper expectations and get the work done in a timely manner. The team we have worked with here are knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommend them!

We recently had a leak behind our refrigerator that seeped behind the wall under a bathroom cabinet. I called Pacific Flood for a quote. They quoted to do the clean up and mold remediation and removal of the cabinet and drywall. Once the clean up was done they quoted for the drywall and cabinet repairs. They were able to keep the plumbing connected and the granite counter tops in place and replaced the whole back of the cabinet. We are extremely happy with the whole process. They even added an electrical outlet. Everything was done when and how they said it would.

Pacific Flood- a great company to work with!

We had the unfortunate experience of a burst pipe in the master bathroom which flooded 3 rooms ( including closets) and 2 bathrooms!. We called Pacific Flood Restoration Services and spoke to the owner Steve Cox,. Steve and his team came out on Mothers Day and began the process of drying out the water damage!

From the moment they arrived, Steve was a reassuring presence. He clearly and patiently explained the entire process—from water extraction and drying to mold prevention. Steve also explained his company could provide the full service of repairing the property from start to finish, and had many years experience in dealing with the insurance companies. This proved to be a blessing as his company used the same software as our insurance company making the whole process a lot easier!

The project manager Terry Hudecek along with workers Ronny and Oscar were incredibly efficient and respectful of our home. They carefully moved our belongings, and their consistent communication made a stressful time much more bearable. The other contractors, plumbing, tile and other folks from the company were all very professional, arrived on time and did an excellent job.

The crew went above and beyond, the professionalism, promptness, and high quality of their work exceeded all expectations. I am so thankful for their expertise and highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services".

These guys keep calling you to play with your nerves. I am going to have to file some complaints. I would suggest all of you to do this.

I get multiple unwanted calls a week from this organization and continuously request to be removed from their call list to no avail.

Every single day I receive a phone call from a call center saying they are from home remodeling center and every single day I ask to be removed from the call list and they never do. CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

HRC did our kitchen remodel and we were very pleased. I would highly recommend this company.

Stood us up. On the day of our consult meeting we let them know we were running late and confirmed our updated time which they said "no problem" to. When we arrived another couple was in a consult meeting and we were told they were running over because they came in late for their scheduled meeting. We waited 30 minutes, the previous consult had not ended, we asked when we would be seen and were told that we would not be able to be seen that day.

I don't appreciate our time being wasted. We should have been told upon arrival or preferably via phone before we arrived that we wouldn't be able to be seen and the appointment could be rescheduled. At the very least, the consultant should have approached us with an apology and explanation on why we wouldn't be seen instead of us having to chase him down for a status.

Home Remodeling Center is a great place for all of your kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs. Great customer service with an attention to detail. They will clean your entire house too when they are finished with your remodel. Give this company a chance to earn your trust and business.

When we searched for a remodeler to do a full kitchen, master bath and fireplace re-do, we quickly found out that everyone with a contractor license says they are a remodeler. Lonnie Moline and his employees are the real deal; They are not subs, they are EMPLOYEES with remarkable, varied skills. They did our project on time and on budget and we couldn't be happier. From the beginning at their showroom they helped us with every phase of design (Nora and Laura) and materials selection, including going with us to a stone store to pick out fireplace material. They even suggested the best place to pick out sinks, faucets, etc. and exactly who there to talk to. Remodeling is disruptive but they made it look easy and WOW, are we pleased. Don't bother shopping around for other bids, just go with HRC!

This company has my business forever. They over met my expectations. My kitchen is beautiful. Redid plumbing, put in beautiful floors and cabinets, new doors, moved walls. The works. They showed up when they said they would, they were kind, professional. So good. Highly recommend them.

We contracted with HRC to remodel a 1980's kitchen. Working with Nora, (in house designer) and Lonnie (owner) was a pleasure. They understood our vision for our home, and with the wonderful selection of materials in their large showroom, selecting the cupboards, countertop, tile and flooring was effortless. All services and personnel are under HRC, electrical, plumbing, installation all done by skilled employees. All of the workers were friendly, courteous and neat and tidy. They never left a mess. Half way through the kitchen remodel we decided to include our guest bath in the remodel, and HRC handled it with ease, not missing a beat. Any issues that came up during the process were handled quickly and seamlessly. Our kitchen and bath are a beautiful reflection of the skill and fine craftsmanship of HRC. Special shout out to all the great people who contributed to our beautiful home remodel. We highly recommend Home Remodeling Center, and we will see you again for our next project.

Communicative, great craftmanship, and finished early! The remodel was exceptional, and my wife now enjoys a kitchen she's only dreamed of!

We recently had another great experience with the Home Remodeling Center from a relationship that was established eight years ago. At that time, my husband and I walked in to their showroom upon the urging of a close friend who had used them. We loved their kitchen remodel and were ready to give our home a facelift, too.

We shared a basic idea of what we were looking for, had someone come out to measure, then made an appointment to go over options. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They asked questions about how I used my kitchen, what my priorities were, what I didn't like about my existing one, and what I was looking to achieve.

They brought up points my husband and I hadn't thought of and took into consideration the needs of our big family. With six children (ages 15, 13, 12, 12, 10, and 8) we needed something functional and not one square inch of our somewhat small space could be wasted.

Their designer helped us choose a granite countertop, tile, backsplash, and fixtures. She worked closely with me to make sure I kept on budget and design elements were complimentary to the space.

When demolition began, the workers kept the debris to a minimum and were very respectful of our space. The project went pretty much as planned, without any hiccups.

My husband is an engineer and likes to stay within a budget. Lonnie, the owner, worked with us to make sure the numbers were real. We did not have surprises that arose throughout the project. We felt he was honest and dealt with us in good character; giving us a fair price and sticking to it.

We've dealt with other construction workers before and have had to bend to their time schedules, but Lonnie's crew was always on-time, worked hard, and if something needed to be arranged out of normal working hours, it was always convenient with our schedule.

Our new Tuscan kitchen/dining area turned out better than my husband and I expected! It was absolutely beautiful! We were also very glad we went with Lonnie's suggestion to use the Dura cabinets. They were a little more expensive than what we originally were looking at, but after all these years with heavy use (six kids will put a test on anything in a home), they are still in great shape. They're easy to wipe down, they've kept their richness, and I have especially enjoyed the shock absorbers - no more slamming doors! The pull-out drawers are my favorite. Their suggestion of cabinet sizes and placement utilized every space brilliantly! As good as my husband and I are, I'm glad that we didn't go with our original plan. Their suggestions and knowledge of the craft were indispensable. We ended up with something far better than we originally set out to accomplish.

Over the years Lonnie has become our "go-to" guy for flooring projects throughout our home; with the latest being two months ago. Their elite customer service has not changed, the integrity with which they conduct business has been consistent, and the quality of work has maintained its excellence. We are very happy customers and plan to be one for years to come!

HRC walked us through the entire process of a complete makeover of the all living spaces, excluding bath/bedrooms, in our home-30+ yrs old They answered our questions and provided excellent customer service. Even when major issues arose requiring change orders and a major overhaul of the foundation, HRC had the staff and expertise, in-house, to address all construction issues as they arose. The final cost of construction remained competitive with other bids we had received. We consistently receive rave reviews from family/friends that see the final product for the first time.
