Justin and Nicole were great to work with and very helpful in my carpet selection. The price was competitive and the installation was on the day scheduled. I appreciated the personal service. They even came by my home and personally checked on the job. Not the kind of service you get from working with a "Big Box Store!"

Took a chip out of laminate flooring. Minor blemish. Luckily Jose came out sanded and sealed at a great price. Appreciated customer service as difficult to get somebody to do such minor repair. Looks good. Highly recommended.

CQ Floors did a great job replacing the carpet in our bedrooms. They have a good selection of carpet, the price was right and the process went smoothly. After we picked out which carpet Fernando and Justin measured our house. Once the carpet was in the installer got it all done in one day. We will definitely be using CQ floors again.

Excellent company, service, and professionalism. Fernando is the best! I had decided to do three bedrooms in my favorite hardwood (that I have been told is now discontinued). Previously, I reached out to 2 other flooring companies and they told me there was no way to get the product. Fernando not only hunted down that flooring, but he additionally matched my baseboards to unify my entire upstairs living space. His workmen were punctual, respectful, provided quality workmanship and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Excellent service. They were spectacular. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a 5 Star company. They are now my “go to” flooring company.

Having to redo all the floors in your home can daunting, but Justin and Nicole were extremely patient as I weighed out the many options and costs. When I went to get an additional quote, Justin price matched the cost product which was wonderful. When it came to install, Justin’s crew finished before the estimated day of completion and the floors look amazing! When there was one minor issue with the baseboards, Justin and Nicole made sure to communicate it with me and reduced the final cost of the project to make it right. Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience at CQ floors and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to redo flooring! The level of transparency, communication, and overall customer service was phenomenal and not something you would get at a big box store. Do yourself a favor and give CQ floors a call. I love my new floors. But there are a few things that I’m not happy about. I have a chip in the tile in my bathroom and there are some wood missing next to the closet rails. You can see where they patched one of them up but left the other ones void. They left raw edges in the office area. We added a thin piece of wood to cover it up.

We had a really good experience with CQ floors. Justin was very informative. They have a wide selection and Justin helped us choose the right hardwood flooring for the stairs in our house. Dennis followed up with our order and made sure that we had the material in time. When we had to make some last minute additions to our order, he expedited the order even though it was holiday period. Overall every one was very responsive, communicated well and gave good customer service.

CQ Floors did an amazing job of removing old tile floors and carpet and installing new luxury vinyl plank flooring. I obtained 5 estimates before proceeding and Fernando went out of his way to address every concern I had before I accepted their bid. Enrique, who has installed flooring "all of his life" is a perfectionist and was totally committed to making sure I was satisfied with every detail of the work. I had been told by another company that my entry way stairs were too complex to do because of the angles but Enrique had no problem with it. I whole heartedly recommend this company.

CQ Flooring (Justin and Dennis) provided sound work, demonstrated extreme patience, and professionalism. I ordered carpet through CQ, but purchased vinyl plank with another company due to a specific color way I wanted. My quote was originally scheduled to be completed on 4 June, but after some massive issues with the vinyl plank company, the work was solidified today. During the mishaps, CQ Flooring were communicative and worked around my complex schedule to ensure the work did not fall by the wayside.
