My husband and I recently purchased a 'fixer upper' that desperately needed new flooring. Justin and his team were incredible every step of the way! Justin helped to educate us on the different flooring options so that we chose the right selection for our budget and lifestyle. We were also on a super tight timeframe, and his team made it happen! We are SO happy with the results; the floors are the first thing people have complimented on our home since we completed the remodel! I would fully recommend to anyone.

CQ came to do a small vinyl plank flooring patch repair job in our kitchen and coat closet after plumbing repairs below the concrete slab. It was quite a mess but CQ did a really great job seamlessly installing the new planks with no gaps whatsoever. Tricky to do with click lock flooring.

When I voiced concern over some caulking being missed, they were happy to come back to complete the job and really went over and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. Not every company is this committed to their customers… We are very grateful and pleased!

Steve, Terry & Ana were the total "A" team for our San Diego, Ca condo after we had a huge flood water problem from our upstairs neighbor. Within 30 minutes Steve had his team inside our condo with every possible make dry products and machines available to man kind ! Then Terry quickly came in with his team with clean uniforms and lets make this home look perfect again real quick approach. All always had masks, and booties. After they finished we a check list and Terry came by again and every single item was completed to our satisfaction. Hard to find anyone who could do anything right, Until we hired Pacific Flood Rstoration in Encinitas, Ca. And they did it all PERFECT ! Wahooo Team

Mike exceeded any and all expectations with his service. I got a few quotes but they were the most proficient. They even suggested a less expensive alternative that didn't include their service. These folks make the best decision and with regards to business ethics. I have never experienced such outstanding help. Goodness- I found them is all I can say. Not only was this company available within two hours of when I first placed the phone call, but they also showed up on time and with the highest level of professionalism.

From the discovery of the leak in my bathroom (behind my shower doing damage to my garage below) to the rebuild of my bathroom, Terry was nothing but helpful, professional, caring, and WILLING to help in any way possible. He really went above and beyond.
After meeting with him, I met about 8 other contractors and subcontractors. What a waste of time that was!! In this day and age, people aren’t true to their word and that makes for bad business. I can’t tell you how many promises for estimates and follow-ups I got only to be let down and I never heard from them again. Why should I chase contractors to give them business? So, back to Terry I went.
I’m glad I did. He promised to deal with the insurance company and work with me. He advised me as if I was a friend, not just a customer.
Terry assigned Ken to do the work. Ken was thorough, clean, on time (even early!), gave great advice and changed anything I didn’t like without one complaint. I was happy to make him coffee and share some Filipino food with him. That’s how great he was.

Fast forward to Ana in the business office. Another great person with superb customer service skills. She did such an excellent job communicating with me and with my insurance company to which I had no patience for!! How she organized emails between all parties involved is beyond me. She’s one of a kind!

I am telling you: don’t waste time and effort looking any further than Pacific Flood Restoration. Their professionalism, honesty, flexibility, timeliness, affordability, skill, passion, and positivity is second to none. I had a great experience using Pacific Flood Restoration. I had a pipe leak in an upstairs bathroom which leaked into the ceiling below. They came out the next day to take a look, and soon after started cutting out the damaged drywall followed the drying process. The restoration after the pipes were fixed was also well done. Rudy did this work and had very good craftsmanship and matched the paint color perfectly. You cannot even tell that we had any drywall cut out of our ceiling. We had used another company previously for the same type of work after our roof leaked. They were awful. So it was nice to use a company this time around that actually knew what they were doing. I highly recommend using Pacific Flood Restoration!
