Anyone can clean a pool, but GL pools is attentive to equipment problems, they can work on any system( i have salt water), and they keep the pool operating at top efficiency so it is ready for my daily swim. I had some outdated equipment that was causing algae so while I waited for the new parts the weekly service took care of the problem with adding product directly in the pool. Everyone on the team is super nice and they work to make me happy with their service.

Very disappointed in this company. They installed a autofill timer for our pool and it started leaking so they came and repaired it. A few months later it started leaking again. So they came back and repaired it. The person that did the repair did a horrible job. Moved valves around to where we couldn’t even get to them if we had to. So they came back and repaired it again. I ended up cancelling their services. And of course here I am with yet another leak in the exact same place. And of course it’s not under warranty. So know I’m stuck with a repair that they should’ve repaired awhile ago. So frustrating!!

Our decks turned out so great!! The service was truly wonderful...perfect from the initial quote to finish!! We would highly recommend this company, and will use them annually for maintenance!!😀

I had the tile in my kitchen, hallway and bath cleaned and the grout sealed, it looks like new! They were professional and did an excellent job, would highly recommend their services.

This company was not only timely, they did get great work and were super professional. They had to work around another contractor and did it with no issues or complaints. They were clean and explained to me each step of the process and what to expect. Great crew! Great work and I would highly recommend them.

The GroutSmith did a great job cleaning and sealing our grout. The grout in our house starting looking bad after about 8 years since the last professional cleaning.

Collin the wannabe golf star acts like he owns the company. Had good people working there willing to do what needs to be done. Can tell by their faces how much their so called crew leader just does not cut it and the owners are too stubborn to realize it.

Dave and Kyle did an excellent job replacing our moldy shower caulking and cleaning our travertine floors. Looks new! They worked through lunch so we could have access to the bathrooms later in the day!

We wanted to have all of our Mexican pavers cleaned and sealed..Many if them had calcium deposits. They said they would attempt to remove it but in reality the calcium deposits are not removable. I wish they would have been more Open with us and tell us it wasn’t going to look much different. Needless to say I’m very disappointed. They didn’t even get shoe scuff marks off of the tiles in the house.

We had GroutSmith regrout our 46 year old kitchen counters. They looks marvelous. Dave, Jan & Frank were all very courteous and professional. I wish we had known about them years ago.

I like everything about this company. At the first visit the tiling in my shower was diagnosed, and we agreed on the date for the grout cleaning. On that date, two men arrived at the appointed time to clean, and a third man followed. They cleaned and repaired the grout--and left the shower in beautiful condition. I am pleased with the result.

Although it took several months to get them😳 they did an excellent job! They were punctual and very courteous. Two men, four hours! Cleaned and re-colored the grout! 30 year old tile looks like new!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! The grout smith did such a beautiful job cleaning our grout and sealing it. It honestly looks better than it did brand new. The costumer service was also great. Jan came out and did a free demo first. I am so pleased. Will use again!

Groutsmith has come to do my showers several times. Every time they finish they look like new! I am selling my home now and had to have them looking wonderful. They do!
