My Air conditioner unit was almost 17 years old and inefficient, which cost high energy bills during the Summer months! So, finally, I decided it was time to replace it with a newer, more efficient AC system! So, I contacted three companies to get the best estimate, and their prices were higher than my budget! While doing the search, I saw some positive info on "Oasis Heating & Air Conditioning" I called the owner, Stanley Hoenig, and he was most courteous and returned my call immediately! He came over, checked and inspected my old system, and gave me the most honest estimate which came lower than all the other companies. I was impressed, to say the least! We agreed on the price and within 24 hours, he located all the parts that were needed(AC unit, furnace, coil) Then two techs (Don & Quincy) were sent the next morning for installation! Both were excellent! Don, the main tech, is a very knowledgeable and experienced guy who answered my every question! Quincy handled the heavy lifting and installation of the furnace while Don worked on the AC unit outside! Within one day, they did the job to my total satisfaction! I am totally satisfied with the work, warranty, and follow-up inspection by Stanley (owner) who came later in the day! This is a small company which will give anybody the best deal which will save money for the customer! I highly recommend this company to anybody who wants to get a very decent system for the best price! Thank you for a job well done, guys! Once I started to notice my 75 gal Bradford White hot water tank started to leak, I contacted two Bradford White installers from the manufacturer’s website. Both time I could only reach someone capable of making an appointment for inspection (one free the other has $49 charge) The person who answered the phone didn’t have much knowledge about hot water pot let along the cost. So I hesitated and started to search online again. This is how I found Oasis PHA. I left my contact information on their website but didn’t expect much would happen. By 7pm I received a phone call from Stanley, the co-owner of Oasis Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He answered all my questions patiently which helped me to make the final decision on the very pot. Then after I sent him a few pictures of my failing pot, he was able to give me a quote right away, which is 25% cheaper than my neighbor’s recent purchase for the same Bradford White which was from one of the two companies I contacted before Oasis.
Next morning, Alan(Al The Pal) the installer showed up on time. After He knew I was not available for the rest of the week, he contacted Stanley and they committed to work right away. Alan (Al The Pal) is also such a nice person. He is very detailed and focused. I have never seen anyone solder the pipes as he does, both inside and outside of the connection. Meticulously and joyfully, like he wasn’t working on a customer’s but rather his own hot water pot. He also answered all my questions regarding the plumbing, particularly showing me how to maintain the hot water pot in order to keep it last longer.
From the conversations I had with Al and Stan, I realized that Oasis is a rather young company. But I like their work ethic and straightforward approach. They are working hard for the satisfaction of every customer rather than how much more to make on every job. I feel blessed to have them working on my project and more importantly to know them in person, because they care and they are honest.

My HVAC system was over thirty years old and needed replacement. I contacted several companies who provided quotes from the 9,000 to 17,000. My last quote was from Miguel from Oasis Heating and Air Conditioning. He arrived on time to the appointment. Miguel inspected the HVAC system and made some recommendations. We sat done and spoke about my needs in an HVAC system, mainly was moving the condenser about 15 feet from the original location. Miguel was able to provide me a quote within my budget. He was not the lowest but he was not the most expensive.

Day of Installation. Miguel, James and Keith arrived on time. After speaking with James about the installation process they got to work. Very professional and clean work. Replacing the entire HVAC system took them several hours but was expected. At the end, I was very satisfied with the amazing and professional work they provided. Definitely consider them for your HVAC needs.

Thank you to the Oasis team for helping me get my system working again. After a few hot summers and being told by another company that the repair would be more complex and expensive, I finally reached out to Oasis. The owner was very helpful, quick to respond, and professional. He assured me he would send his best guy, Chris. They even came all the way to Moreno Valley. Chris was very professional and truly cared to do the right thing. He showed up on time and quickly fixed the issue. It turned out to be much simpler than I was originally told. He was honest, kind, and efficient. It’s sad to see how some companies are dishonest just to make money, but Oasis proved to be different. I will definitely stay a loyal customer to them for all my system needs. Thanks to Oasis, my family will finally have a comfortable summer at home. Highly recommend!!!

Adrian and Luis from Oasis did an excellent job replacing our furnace and AC coil. They were both extremely polite and professional, and wrapped up the job in their originally quoted time. Oasis did a great job in answering all my questions up front and providing a quick turnaround for sourcing materials and scheduling the work. Super happy that I went with Oasis, and would ask for the same crew on any future jobs!

The A/C stopped blowing cool air during the most hottest day of the year. I called around. One company wanted to charge a service charge to get a quote and that to me was a red flag. I called Oasis Plumbing and got a hold of Stan. He was very personable and despite being very busy had a technician come out the next morning. Chris was very polite and answered all the questions. I think he could tell I had my guard up because of all the questions I was asking. He walked me step by step on his diagnosis. He showed me when the unit was originally built and installed and provided me honest feedback on what to expect as the unit was much older than I had originally thought. Chris had the replacement part with him in his vehicle, installed it, had me flip the unit on and I was ‘good to go’. Come to find out Chris is the owner of Oasis Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. He was nice enough to personally come out as his crew was already booked for the rest of the week. Also had a plumbing issue. Syn came out a few hours later, super friendly and courteous. Knocked it out and was on his way. Received the invoice and paid electronically. What a satisfying experience. Definitely will use Oasis in the future.

In a profession where it’s hard to trust people here’s one you cab trust for good work and honestly. Highly recommend them.

We recently bought a home with a malfunctioning and hazardous 30+ year old HVAC & Furnace. Our insurance sent out their contractor and requested we get at least two other assessments and from the first phone call with one of the owners Stanley, Oasis stood out as being straightforward, honest and helpful.

Chris (the other owner) made time to come out and properly inspect the entire system and actually explained to us why it was a potential hazard to our family-he offered us valuable knowledge, without any hard sales tactics, unlike the other companies we got quotes from. The installers James & Keith were clean, respectful and experienced and the whole experience was smooth from start to completion. We will be recommending our friends & family with any heating/cooling needs to Oasis Heating & Air Conditioning!

I had Stanley's team to replace my 40 year-old furnace with state-of-the-art heat pump. Stanley is very friendly and gave me a detailed yet competitive proposal. Wow, I can't say enough good things about Oasis Plumbing, Heating & Air! I just had my one-year maintenance visit on our new AC system today, and as always, the service was top-notch. Stanley continuously kept in touch to make sure we had a good time slot available.

He sent Adrian, who was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional and clearly explained everything he was going to do. He even gave me the old fuses in case we need them as back up since they are still in good condition. He even showed me how to replace these. He performed a thorough and meticulous check of our air conditioning unit and was very efficient.
