We had an old furnace original to our home that was inefficient and not working properly. Acuna’s Polar Aire assessed the situation and provided a great solution to move the new unit to the attic. We turned the old furnace closet into additional storage area, which worked out great. They also diagnosed some issues with our vents and increased air flow consistency and strength. Great company with friendly and trustworthy employees.

Mike was referred to me after getting multiple estimates from other companies. I am so pleased to have gone with his company. His work, professionalism and how thorough he is was excellent. Mike is a super hero. We got a diagnostic done in the winter from another company who told us our AC needed to be replaced for 13k. We called Mike when it stopped worked this summer thinking it needed to be replaced, but Mike was able to fix it and get it running for $275. Truly, these people are amazing and honest and trustworthy. We won’t call another AC person in San Diego ever again- just Mike for us from here on out!

Mike is a life saver! I had an issue with my A/C condensation drain, and Mike helped troubleshoot the issue over the phone and quickly worked me into his schedule to fix it in person. I will use Acuna Polar Aire for all my future A/C needs.

Just had a new A/C unit installed by Mike and his team and couldn’t be happier. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions when giving an estimate. They came in at a much more reasonable price than a few others that I got quotes from. Didn’t try to upsell us and ended up helping us pick out a unit that we are happy with. Very quiet, energy efficient, and small so it fits on our side yard perfectly!
