I was undergoing a major house renovation project and I selected Oasis to install a water softener and osmosis system in my new home. The experience was very positive and I would highly recommend them (and already have). I especially LOVE my water softener. It’s made an immediate and huge difference in my hair and skin quality. :)

The team is responsive, professional, and very collaborative / flexible. They take pride in both the customer experience and the end deliverable. AND their pricing is significantly better than the competition. So there’s really no reason to choose anyone else.

I appreciated the team taking the time to educate me at each step in the process. I was balancing a lot of competing interests and I’m thankful the Oasis team made the process seamless.

So, let's start with our bathroom toilet has been low flow flushing for about 2 weeks. As you might guess I have tried to repair it myself. We'll that didn't work. Youtube gave a lot of good ideas but at the end of the day I am not a plumber. It is all about knowing your limits. I called a few plumbers and my wife called a few plumbers before we settled on Oasis. What a shock they were able to come out the same day and check it. Totally amazing. Syn came out, very professional. He even wore booties. My hardwood floors thank you. Syn gave us multiple options and the pros/cons of each. He also made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. So needless to say, it may not be done yet. That being said, this toilet is 30 plus years old and may need to be retired. We paid a fair cost to attempt to unclog it and we are crossing our fingers that it works. This company gives a military discount and since they are a small family owned company, they will work with you for the best possible option.

I called Oasis for a badly clogged kitchen sink. They answered right away, and offered me the next available appointment, which turned out to be in 45 minutes (I was expecting to wait until tomorrow or later). Jane’s was the plumber they sent out, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more professional.
Start to finish, I had a great experience with Oasis Plumbing, Heating and Air.

This is my honest review of oasis heating and air. I’ve gotten three quotes from different companies and oasis is the only one that took their time and suggested other means of affordability. Chris, Stanley, Adrian and Luis were friendly from beginning to the end and obviously their work and attention of details went well beyond what I expected, if you are looking for repair or just inquiring for an upgrade to your ac you’ve got to give them a call.

This was probably the smoothest home repair experience I've ever had. I find that contractors can sometimes be unresponsive, late, or disorganized - none of this was the case with the team at Oasis. Stanley and Chris were extremely responsive and quick to diagnose my HVAC system. They offered to repair it ASAP over the weekend as it has been quite cold. Adrian and Luis came on time as promised, and were extremely respectful and mindful of my time and home. They gave me helpful tips to keep my HVAC and plumbing running smoothly. Although they hit a snag with a part not working (not Oasis's fault), the team worked together and fixed it quickly the next morning. Also, it's worth noting that all the guys are just super nice and friendly, which helps when you're already in the midst of a stressful home repair situation. Couldn't recommend Oasis enough!

Great experience overall. They came out to repair our furnace and were upfront about pricing from the start. The technician took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and actually find the root of the problem instead of just guessing or upselling. Honest, professional, and efficient. Oasis responded very quickly once my AC unit went out, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave professional advice on the best direction I should go. Once I decided to replace the entire unit they were super quick and professional in getting the job done. Upon completing the job, they were efficient in testing to make sure the AC was working properly and to make sure the customer was satisfied. I highly recommend Oasis for HVAC and Plumbing, they are speedy with their response and professional and high quality with their service at a great price!

Even more impressive, one of the owners, Stanley, personally came to my home, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced. Oasis was able to get us in for a consult; estimate and scheduled for installation really quickly. A wonderful experience all around! This local company deserves more business. The communication from Stanley was excellent, he delivered fair prices and a great product. I replaced my 25 year old A/C unit and furnace and was not upsold, they gave feedback on what I needed based on my use etc. On installation day Adrian and Luis showed up on time, were respectful, clean and did a great job. Everything is working and I am extremely happy.

I was referred to Oasis Plumbing-Heating Air Conditioning by my Neighbor who had them instal a new AC unit and furnace a few months earlier. Stanley was able to respond the very next day to provide me a quote. Stanley worked with me to ensure my HOA had everything they needed to quickly approve the project. Stanley sent me a fabulous crew, Adrian and Luis who could not have done a better job. In one day, the two of them switched out my 30 year old furnace and installed the first AC unit my home had ever had! I can’t even hear it when it turns on and while its running; supper quite! My AC stopped working and I called Oasis on Monday. Stanley came by and gave me an estimate with a couple of options and comparisons. I ran these by my brother who has done construction his whole life. I approved the AC Pro model. It is now Wednesday, and Adrian and Luis just left and I have a new AC and Furnace with a new WiFi thermostat. My house is cool and comfortable. They took care to put pads down on the floors and carpet and cleaned well after themselves. They were super friendly and helpful explaining things. Oasis is going to help me with some plumbing items tomorrow. I can see why others have given them great reviews. It was easy, efficient, and effective.

I can’t recommend Oasis enough & affordable— their customer service was truly exceptional. I spoke with Stanley who was polite, professional, and genuinely caring. He listened to my needs and set up my installation within the next day of talking. Huge thank‑you to Luis and Adrian for installing our new AC/Heater unit. It happened to be the hottest day of the year, and I felt awful watching them work in that heat, but they powered through and still finished everything in a single day. Their dedication and kindness meant so much. Now time to enjoy some AC :)

We spent a few weeks without AC and the temp was hitting in the 80’s 😓 .Thankfully Oasis came to our rescue! Within a week we had an inspection, a bid, and the entire system replaced.
Adrian and Luis installed everything. They started with laying down drop cloths, super careful to not mess up the floors. They did a great job showing me how to use the basic functions of the new touch screen/blue tooth thermostat and cleaning up after their work.
They were courtesy, efficient, and very professional.

I replaced three, 26-year-old HVAC systems in my home in San Diego. After receiving multiple proposals, I selected Oasis for the installation of three dual-fuel Lennox heating and AC systems. I selected Oasis because it is a smaller company and I was dealing directly with the owners. They gave me a competitive proposal, they were able to schedule the install quickly, they had a great installation team, and they delivered on everything they told me they were going to do in an honest, straightforward manner. I did not pay any money until the job was done. They followed up with scheduling the HERS inspection and also sent out a painter to touch up the areas that were scuffed when equipment was pulled up into the attic. I would highly recommend Oasis to a friend.
