We hired them to replace our AC after they did a great job on a home warranty call earlier this year. They were responsive and able to replace our AC quickly. The new unit has already dropped our energy use.

Edgar (the owner) was very knowledgeable and efficient, and his pricing very fair. We called him on the weekend, and he was out at our place 1st thing Monday morning. We needed coolant added and a bad capacitor replaced in our A/C unit. Edgar actually showed us the readings on the meters for both and explained exactly what he was doing. He went into great detail explaining everything but did so in a way that was understandable. I went inside to get him a check while he was doing the work and then after returning and paying, he showed me several other smaller items he noticed, including a few additional parts needed which he replaced at no cost. They were minor, but he didn't nickel and dime me like some would have. He also answered my questions about eventual replacement cost options and models as well as what was involved if we wanted to move the unit away from the house to clear space in our walkway and reduce noise. Very pleased overall, would not hesitate to call again.

Absolutely phenomenal. We were initially assigned Smart Decisions by our home warranty company. With a bad taste in our mouth, already, from dealing with a crummy home warranty company and this being the 3rd company they had to send out to fix our furnace, we had low expectations but took our chances, nonetheless. Well, we sure had egg on our face. They did an absolutely phenomenal job fixing our furnace. They were extremely informative, very professional, clean, polite, the whole 9 yards. When it came time, we did not hesitate to call them, first, when it was time to replace our AC and they left the same impression with that install process, as well. Edgar and the team were very professional and knowledgeable! They went step-by-step explaining pros and cons of every option we considered and patiently responded to all our questions. The pricing for the options they offered were very easy to follow which I greatly appreciate, especially when choosing such a big improvement. We decided to go with duel fuel heat pump option. At the days of installation Igor and the team came in prepared, put in floor protection, kept the noise to minimum and responded to all the questions we had along the way. They suggested an improvement with the thermostat location which we loved. When the work was done Edgar made sure to walk us through how the duel heat pump works and recommended we call him if there any additional questions. I contacted Home Run HVAC for an AC tuneup because it’s already hot in North County San Diego and it’s not even April. They are locally owned and operated so you’re likely to speak with the owner, Lee.

My unit is over ten years old in a double wide mobile home. You just don’t know what they will find even if you’ve regularly maintained the system.

Their technician came out and did a thorough inspection; cleaned up every thing that needed attention. It was a thorough service done by a knowledgeable, friendly technician. He provided good recommendations and a price that was great. I really enjoyed my experience with them and will continue to use Home Run for the years to come.

I had a few HVAC companies bid out a new system as I was having issues with my old system. Prices were all over the place and nobody wanted to even test my old system. I was referred to Home Run heating and air as another option. Didn’t know if they would come out since I am in OC but not an issue. Caleb came out and listened to what I wanted. Tested everything to ensure it was fully operational and went through all the equipment with me to make sure I had a full understanding and no questions.
