I noticed a lot of fuzz on the floor vents in the basement, which I realized was actually pet fur. Jordan performed a full air duct cleaning and pulled out clumps of hair from the previous owner's dogs. He was very thorough and even cleaned the grills on the ceiling to make sure everything was spotless. He also performed a furnace cleaning to ensure the blower was clear of any fur. The basement smells much fresher now, and it’s a much more pleasant place to be. He was a very professional and diligent technician who did great work.

Every time the heat turned on, I would get a scratchy throat that lasted for several hours. Jake performed an air duct cleaning service and found a lot of fine dust and pollen in the bedroom vents. He vacuumed out the entire system and sanitized the lines to remove any irritants. Since the cleaning, I haven't had any issues with a scratchy throat, and I’m sleeping much better. He was very professional and took the time to explain how the dust was affecting my health. It was a very positive and helpful experience.

Same old story. Furnace goes out during the coldest time of the year, reach out to multiple HVAC companies, one or more try to replace my entire HVAC system and take me for everything, EXCEPT Oak Island! They explained what was wrong, what NEEDED to get fixed and that is all, nothing more.

I had my hot water drained and my A/C inspected. Found a micro- leak in the A/C but plenty or refrigerant. Next August we’ll have your guy out to “top off the tank” along with adding a sealant to ( hopefully) plug the leak. What we learned is that you have personable, qualified employees who we would welcome back for bigger jobs. You show up and communicate if someone is running a bit behind. Did everything right.
