Mr. Britt was the best ever. He checked everything and showed me how to set my thermostat. He also let me know that my hall filter needed a new one. Washed out the outside filter for A/C and other things that needed checking. The last person that was here said the filter in my hallway was not for the unit. I asked because in four months it had not gotten dirty. It is working now so I don’t understand. Mr Britt said it was for my unit. Anyway he was on time and was very kind. I’m recently widowed and don’t know how to take care of things like this.
I could not be more pleased.

We purchased a replacement 5 ton heat pump air conditioner. We Care offered us the system for a fair price, and next day installation. We slept cool last night. The new Lennox technology is much quieter and efficient. We can cool the upstairs rooms by setting the thermostat to 75, while previously we had to run it at 72. This is because of the new constant circulation (at low speed) does a great job of balancing the temperatures throughout the house.

We Care did a wonderful job with the installation. No mess or fuss, the job was completed in 9 hours.

We called We Care because of their affiliation with Costco and that proved to be an excellent idea.

I would highly recommend We Care to anyone needing a new, efficient HVAC system.

Angle was very informative. He showed us how to maintain our unit in ways to save money. I would recommend Angel and We Care.

Franky, our technician, was awesome! The system needs some work and he explained everything in a way that was totally understandable. We felt very comfortable with his assessment and will be having “We Care” working on our home!

Angel Oviedo was amazing. He was professional, friendly and thorough checking all aspects of the 2 ac units. He cleaned them and walked me through all the steps he was going through. He took steps to wear shoe covers when inspecting the furnace and fans inside the house. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend We Care Plumbing without any hesitation.

Shakeel Hill from We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air came to my house today for my regular plumbing maintenance and provided such excellent service! I also was pleased to meet the Plumbing manager who is also very knowledgeable, answering questions and very patient!
Shakeel also repaired a leak under my kitchen sink, pointed out other areas of concern and was very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. He also took great care of flushing out my older water heater.
I have been a We Care member for 10 years and they are still provide great service and take care of their customers!

Tech (Carlos) was polite, knowledgeable, neat, safe and efficient! He had great shoe cover habits, and was very informative, letting me know myriad details about the system when I asked. All we had him do was a checkup, but he was excellent!

Prompt, knowledgeable. Asessed problem with Carrier Furnance; relaced a bad capacitor and had it running in less than two hours. Furnace servicing, new capacitor and labor $329. Have heard so many stories about companies gouging homeowners. 'We Care' is trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Fermin & Thomas did a fantastic job with a difficult install. They had to use a ladder with a winch to get the gas furnace from the 2nd floor deck to the roof, and install a difficult to access chimney hanging off the 2nd story. All ducting was well insulated. They also showed me how to set up the Ecobee thermostat.

Matthew was great for the sales half of the process. He explained all the options, including heat pumps, very well, and was very responsive to my questions all weekend.
