Fausto the technician was knowledgeable, well mannered and very helpful. On the other hand, customer service is terrible. Their appointment system needs to change if they want to keep their customers; they have very long time windows that not only ruin people’s day but also they don’t respect that window slot, they don’t give estimated times even after being 4 hours past their time window. I pay a fee every month so I can get good service once every year and I am definitely not getting that. If it wasn’t for the technician I would have given 1 star to Anderson

Justin G was fantastic. Overall responsiveness and professionalism was top notch. The issue with our plumbing wasn’t an easy fix and Justin did a good job of giving us straight forward, clear options and giving us the best price that beat other estimates. Service was completed within a couple of hours and is under warranty for 2 years. Overall very happy.

Todd came over and quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. He offered me a quick, inexpensive fix. We decided on a more thorough, slightly less inexpensive, but still very reasonably priced fixed.

Sebastian Lopez is an outstanding and knowledgeable person in your employ. He helped me understand a lot about my heating and air conditioning unit and how to do my part in keeping it running well. I am so impressed with the employees that you have hired.

Emilio arrived at my home about 2-3 hours after I made the initial call to Anderson Plumbing to repair a leaking water heater. He spent a few minutes assessing the situation and presented me with a few different options ranging from temporary fix to full on replacement. First off, he was very honest about the pros and cons of each option and presented each scenario in a way that was easy for me to understand and make an informed decision.

He was able to complete the work within a few hours which included travel to and from the warehouse. Overall the water heater replacement could have been a massive headache, but I'm very grateful for Emilio's ability to complete the job quickly. The new installation already looks much cleaner than the original.

I called Anderson plumbing and heating for HVAC repair back in the summer. When I used HVAC It was shutting itself down after a while then turning it self on after a few hours. Two guys from two different companies came to look at the issues but couldnt really address the issue. After Judah from Anderson plumbing and heating arrived, he asked me the issue i was having, then he went to the attic,looked at the HVAC, and he diagnosed the issue and repaired! Before the repair, he explained why HVAC was turning itself off and turning itself back on as well. He was very professional and kind throughout the process and and answered all the questions I had. My HVAC has been running without issues since the repair.

I recently called Anderson Plumbing and Heating for furnace inspection. Carlos came on time, was professional and kind. He asked me if I m having any issues in the past/current, then the inspection was done without any issues. He also answered ll the questions that I had. I used a different company for HVAC/furnace inspections, and didnt like it when they tried to sell me things that I wasnt sured whether it was necessary to purchase and I felt awkward, but Carlos didnt do that so I was happy about the service.

Diego was terrific. He diagnosed the problem, found a leak. I wasn’t aware of, and worked through the afternoon to refit all parts of the sink. At the end of the day, we couldn’t be more pleased with the work that he did, the courtesy he showed us, and the care he took of our property. Diego is one of a long line of Anderson employees that we’ve really been impressed with.

Kristina was competent, prompt & friendly at a very reasonable price. Sorted out a slow drain with zero hassle. Time from non-urgent call to Anderson dispatch and job completion 1hr 25 min.

This is as good as it gets.

We hired Anderson Plumbing to deep clean our furnace, which did not appear to have been serviced by the prior owners and had been emitting copious amounts of dust throughout our home. Judah Higgins was dispatched and did a terrific job. He promptly arrived to our home and accurately diagnosed and resolved the issue. Throughout our diagnostic and service appointments, Judah was respectful towards us and our home and efficient with his time. We highly recommend Anderson Plumbing based on Judah’s excellent work and client oriented approach.

Would not recommend. The tech they sent to our house did a faulty evaluation and recommended a big service that was going to be extremely expensive as the only option. Luckily we got a second opinion from another company that proved Anderson's evaluation was wrong and only a small fix was needed. We got the small fix from the other company and have had no issues since. We let Anderson know about this and they did give us a refund for their evaluation but I still would never choose them again. I do not trust them.

Rudy did an amazing job. I needed my shower handle replaced because I was not getting any hot water. It ended up the valve had to be replaced. He did a quick professional job. Customer service was top-notch as it has always been with Anderson plumbing. He is very knowledgeable about his job cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend and will be using Anderson plumbing in the future.

Dylan David is a very knowledgeable plumber. It is very evident he has exceptional honesty and integrity. I have asked if I can request him for all my plumbing work in the future. He was extremely neat and careful in my home and garage.
Perhaps his best trait is that he is a great teacher. Spending time to educate clients is something I greatly value.
I am so pleased with his work and so fortunate he was assigned toy projects !

Katrina McKenzie came and service our tankless water heater. She is knowledgeable, friendly, customer oriented, and she checked everything make sure all pipes are not rotten and working properly. She also make suggestions on some of the pipe thats leaking and needs to be replace. I am very satisfied with the service she performed today.

Technicians came early in the time window, got right to work and quickly cleared my drain. Gave me great info on my system and what I can expect in the future. I understand need a more thorough cleaning and will call them again to have it done (when I save up some $$$!😂) Thanks!

It’s always an easy decision to call Anderson for a plumbing problem. Emilio Gonzales was a pro at replacing my water pressure regulator, even when it became a bit more complicated because of my home’s extremely high water pressure. He worked to get a part I had purchased online to fit. He kept me informed of every step; he answered all of my questions with clarity, patience and respect.
