Joseph and Steven arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional. They discussed several options and gave us realistic possibilities for our repair. Joseph is a true pro and his knowledge and experience are invaluable. We are extremely happy with the service they provided.

We just had a great experience this morning with Cody Cotton, the technician who came to service our heating system through our AMP HVAC Tune-up plan. Scheduling the appointment was convenient and easy, Cody called and texted us to let us know when he would be arriving, and he was very courteous, professional, and personable. He answered ALL of my questions and went over everything with me and confirmed my understanding. He alleviated several concerns I had, and was able to help me understand a more technical aspect I was concerned about. He was very thorough, honest, and did not try to upsell me, which was a refreshing change from other companies I’ve spoken with in the past. I am very pleased with today’s appointment and am very happy to be on the Anderson Maintenance Plan. I would welcome Cody back in to my home anytime. He is an excellent representative for Anderson.

We had a great experience. Coleman came out a was very upfront and honest with our options. He was on top of our parts getting ordered and came back to fix our water heater once the parts arrived. I would definitely use Anderson again for all of my heating and plumbing needs.

Had a very positive experience with Anderson heating and plumbing thanks to technician Benji who installed a new hot water tank. He was most friendly, informative, and generous to offer various options from repair of old hot water tank to full replacement with new one. Management was cooperative to match competing bids for the project. Initial diagnostic visit to full installation took only 1 day. Very satisfied with outcome of this first experience with Anderson and their talented honest technician

Customer service! Sebastian provided excellent service and when he wasn’t 100% sure of the answer he consulted George. Both offered sound advice. Thank you for the great service and explaining things through. Our refrigerant was low and was recommended to use this product to seal any leaks. 5 year Warranty provided.

My kitchen sinks weren’t draining and I quickly looked up plumbers in my area. Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air was the first option that popped up and I’m glad I went with them. I was surprisingly able to get an appointment for the very next morning. My technician, Ryley did a great job. He explained the whole process of what would happen, did it in a timely manner, and explained how to help prevent the issue from happening in the near future again. I highly recommend this company!

First encounter with Anderson and I’ve been impressed from start to finish! Matt our sales consultant came out and explained clearly what services made sense for our budget and goals. Within a day he had a team out and fixed us up in a couple of hours. The technicians were very friendly and provided above and beyond service in my opinion!

Calcoast HVAC and its team went above and beyond to squeeze us into his busy schedule. We were desperate to have a new furnace installed in our house as the cold season was already upon us. We'd highly recommend team to anyone with HVAC needs.

The situation with a dirty filter and weak airflow was identified thanks to a heating system check. Both issues were resolved right away. The heater is working with more power and is energy-saving.

I have used the internet to book my heater service and the service was good. His work was deep, meticulous and detailed and it astonished me. After that he checked that everything was fine and the system operated correctly and all functions were working well.

Brian is the ONLY HVAC technician I'll use. When you find the best, stick with it!

The company is run like a fine tuned machine starting from making contact, clear cut communication throughout the service, sales, and installation processes. White glove service all the way and it was a pleasure to do business with a local company of this nature. I would highly recommend Action Air for your hvac needs. Thanks Team.

Very nice young technician. My one comment was that he recommended a surge protector for my heating unit. I'm somewhat upset that this was not part of the intitial installation since this is a new unit. Is this a way to make more money? I think it would have been installed at the time of this installation.

The air conditioning from my heat pump stopped working last night (a Thursday), so I called Action’s emergency number. The inside temperature was 80 degrees. The person listened to my problem and how the high temperature in my house was affecting me, especially since I am 80 years old. She worked through the schedules and set me up for Sunday service appointment. Then this morning (Friday) Action service called me and offered an appointment that day before noon! The technician was Keith Herlich. Keith checked everything, including the air handler in the attic to the outside unit. He was thorough and very professional. He got everything up and running again and explained all that he had done to make sure each component of the system was in proper working order. Absolutely the best technician ever! Action really came through for me when I needed them most. Thank you Keith and thank you Action.

I've had Action Air out twice (now three times as they advised me to get a double flue for my heat, which turns out is a requirement). They serviced my air/heat and I have been very pleased with the quality of service I get from this company. I feel safe, and confident in their workmanship.

Oscar with Action Air Conditioning did a fine job checking our furnace. He was on time, friendly, courteous and did a thorough job.

We haven't signed a contract or anything yet, but these guys are so incredibly awesome. Thomas was unbelievably thorough, walked us through everything, and has answered our follow up questions (we have a lot) quickly. This is clearly a solid outfit that is doing a great job educating the customer. Highly recommend!

Fernando was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my air conditioning unit. He explained and demonstrated the problem in detail and was sensitive to all of the issues surrounding it, (Including dispose of a “bad actor” 🐀 that made a home in the unit). I was pleasantly surprised at such excellent customer service. He’s a stellar representation for

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received from Action Air Conditioning & Heating. I scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance, only to find out that the company changed the date without notifying or confirming with me. I had been exploring the possibility of purchasing a new furnace, a new air-conditioning unit, and having my air ducts cleaned, so I expected a more reliable experience.
Unfortunately, when I called to address the scheduling issue, the representative, Tony, insisted that I had previously approved the date change—even though I was never informed of it. I was also told that their air-duct cleaning equipment hadn’t been functioning properly for some time, which only added to my concerns. Because of the overall experience, I ultimately canceled the service altogether.
It’s disappointing to have to look for another company to assist with my home improvement project, but perhaps it’s for the best. I can’t, in good conscience, move forward with a company that argues with customers and does not take responsibility for its mistakes.

Lennox system was installed 8 years ago. Having some issues and Sam and Alex responded and provided great information. Issues will be resolved soon. Very happy with Action and their employees.
... Also cleaned our Solar Panels. Very Happy.
