I had Angel come out in the rain and find this leak for me. This leak cost me over $6000 and he was able to find that it was a broken sprinkler head and a broken solenoid for an irrigation system. I appreciate his hard work And I will definitely continue using his services in the future.

Jody was very professional explained to us what he was looking for check the whole perimeter of the house inside and out and determine that we had a leak coming out of the hot water line out of the tankless water heater and he was able to locate it in one of the bedroom closets behind the wall that tank is attached to.

Vinnie brata's team out and they did a great job finding the leak. The bad news is it's under concrete but I will wait for their estimate. Angel came and fixed it today and hopefully everything will be okay.

We recently experienced a pool crack/leak that was affecting the structural stability of the pool and adjacent patio. American Leak Detection performed a complete analysis of every pool component and found an obvious crack, but a not-so-obvious leak in the spa light canister. The spa issue was most likely causing water loss for over two years (the last time the pool was refurbished). Cayden was our leak detection technician and did a great job of leaving no stone unturned to find the leak(s). The cost to perform the initial leak detection was very reasonable (especially when I compare it to local plumbers). Cayden also quoted the cost to fix the spa leak and "patch" the crack. Initially I thought the repair cost was high but after seeing the time and effort that when the underwater repairs, and then proving that the leaks were sealed, it was very reasonable (<$800). I was also quite impressed with the technology/equipment Cayden used to measure the amount of water that was leaking and then verify the out flow had stopped. All of this was summarized in a complete report with pictures. I'm hoping that I won't need this again, but if I do I will definitely use American Leak Detection. They have earned this 5-star review.
