Freddie Salas did a great job at a house in LA I was fixing up for sale. Not only did he finish on time and under budget, he also threw in some extras. At the time, I was living out of state and I had no qualms or worries with the work in Freddie's capable hands. I highly recommend Agape Waters!

I recommend Freddie, he installed a new Tankless Water Heater and a whole house Purification System in my house in Upland, CA (3400 sqft). The job was seamless; he showed a lot of professionalism and expertise; the price was very reasonable.
He also repaired all my faucets, in addition to fixing a problem I had in my sprinkler system. I already recommended him to a couple of my friends.

Freddy knows about plumbing, the water make-up, and how to customize a solution that works for your particular situation. He is very thoughtful, and is a good value! I'd use him again and again! He changed my regulator, changed the valves throughout my whole house, and changed out two toilets... I am going to have him install a water heater next!

Freddie and his team are amazing. They go out of their way to meet your needs and even came out after hours for me. Two years later I call him to see what I need to do to de-scale and answers as if we talked yesterday. He gave me all the information I need and saved me some money. I had an issue with my Noritz tankless hot water heater. Freddie was patient, thorough, and friendly in his attempts to troubleshoot the issue. Never during the call did he try to upsell - very refreshing! We'll definitely consider Agape when/if we install another tankless or a filtration system.

Freddie is the man! Best value as well as excellent quality work. The guy has a bachelors from ucla as well as a masters degree and is smart(and friendly) as hell. His quote was about 30% lower than the next lowest bid as he keeps his overhead low(no 24hr call center or showroom... it's just him running his business) and pass the savings on to the customer.

Freddie did quite a bit of work at my house: He installed a tankless water-heater; He totally remodeled the bathroom - including: new new tile throughout, new bathtub, sink, light-fixture and toilet.

This is a very long overdue review. I can't say enough wonderful things about Freddy he's truly a professional he's very honest, personable, reasonable, he's a contractor with integrity. When I first met him I called him because I was having problems with my tankless water heater it kept turning off on me when I was in the shower and I was getting error codes. I called another company and they came out to look at it and said I needed a new tankless. When Freddy came to my house and he was quite upset with what he saw because the original company hired to install my tankless didn't install it correctly. He was angry because he never should have had to come out in the first place. When I asked Freddy to give me a price on a new tankless he said he would not install a new one because I didn't need it. Freddy came back the next morning to do the job and what he did was nothing shy of a work of art. He went above and beyond all my expectations and I can't thank him enough. I have had absolutely no issues with my tankless since Freddy fixed it.

Had a really great experience getting a new tankless water heater from Alfred. He came out the following day which was great. I was actually getting my house painted and he had no problems working around all the craziness of the painters and their work. Both him as well as his assistant had a great attitude and they got the job done faster than he said it would take. I could not be happier. Five stars all the way. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and it was exactly what I paid. Additionally he was able to talk me through what I could do to save money in the future, so overall just a great experience.

Freddie Salas, the owner of Agape Water Heaters, is THE BEST home improvement professional we've hired. This is saying a lot as we've had wonderful experiences with many great people. What sets Freddie apart is how he's handled unfavorable situations to ensure his customers are happy...let me explain.

Three years ago, Freddie installed the "newest and best" Noritz tankless heater for us and did a great job. Well, Noritz's heater turned out to have many manufacturing issues causing it to go down about once a year. When most people would have just directed us to the manufacturer to solve the issues, Freddie helped each step of the way. When the problems continued, Freddie took the initiative to say "forget it, we're just putting in a different unit because this thing is not up to par and I want my customers happy".

While fighting the manufacturer to replace the original unit costs, and with no guarantee of anything...Freddie footed the cost of a new unit and installation because he understood the urgency and didn't want us to have to deal with these inconveniences anymore. Again, he was willing to eat the cost of everything to ensure we were happy, even though it was clearly Noritz who should bear the responsibility of their bad unit.

Freddie saved me a lot of money with the new house water filter. Initially had to do a lot of digging but he came out to take a look and got creative. I can tell he enjoys making it work for his clients. Noticed the difference in the water the first day, excited for our new house water filter. Make sure you call Agape when you are looking for a water filter or water heater.

10 STARS! Freddie was a blessing for us. When our old tankless water heater gave out, he came the very next morning and installed a better one. We had one that was too small and never had met our needs. Price was outstanding and Noritz unit is excellent quality. Freddie is the most professional and knowledgeable contractor, so a couple of days later we had him install a whole house water filtration system and it too, was done quickly and professionally and he had Jose, his assistant, with him. In two hours it was installed! He doesn't need to spend $$$ on advertising because referrals keep coming and that keeps the $ down for us! We love how the WFS works throughout the house and Freddie is a new friend for life! So Blessed!

This review was long overdue! Freddie was amazing and like his description about him, his work that he did at my house to install the tankless water system was a work of art. Freddie was very easy to work with and he explained everything that he did step by step. The price for the tankless water system was reasonable and I checked the main chain places (ie. Home Depot and Lowe’s). These two places were charging me a ridiculous amount of money and telling me I had to drill multiple holes in order to install a tankless water system. After using the system for a few months, I can say it was definitely worth the the money to install one of these and worth the upfront cost. I highly recommend Freddie and his crew!

We are very happy with the quality and service we received from Freddie and his crew. We upgraded to a tankless system and replaced our dated whole house water filtration system with a new model from Agape Waters. Freddie earned our confidence by a phone conversation where he explained everything about both systems and gave us a real idea of the out the door pricing for both projects. Every other company just wanted to come out to the house and do an inspection before they would discuss costs and systems. Freddie made good on our phone agreement, and came out in just a couple of days and had everything done by noon! His work looks great and functions better than promised. Amazing work and service at a great price. We have had a tankless installed before and it was a big project, so we appreciated Freddie's efficiency and detailed efforts!
