They did not have the part

Love Valley but Ruffner location is permanently closed

Walked into the store during normal business hours – one employee, one customer (Plumbing contractor), both unmasked standing at the counter less than 6 feet away from each other, talking. For a long time. I opened the door and stood Jin the doorway waiting, waiting, waiting.... Listening to stories about July 4, grandfathers, etc. etc. Not acknowledged. Finally asked if there was someone else who could help me, interrupting the coffee klatch. Told no. So I left. Worst customer service ever. Suggest you go somewhere else since they don’t care if you’re there or not.

Friendly, quick, funny & had exactly what I needed for the antique claw foot tub I had saved

I needed a hard to find. Valley faucet kit to fix a a shower leak and went to Home Depot, Lowes, and Ace hardware and non carried the part but the Ace guy Suggested Valley industrial and they indeed had the part and the gentleman was very helpful. I suggest they contact Google for better search engine ranking since couldn't find them under Shower/faucet parts in San diego

So glad we discovered VIS! We own a historic house and looked everywhere for the parts we needed to repair our dripping shower. The gentlemen at the counter were very accommodating and managed to provide a solution that worked! Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend.

Larry and John were so thorough and helpful with our replacement valves for our unique fixtures in our Rancho Santa Fe home. They went beyond the norm in making sure we had EXACTLY what we needed. They are a great duo not unlike the “Car Guys” who troubleshoot your particular repair.

So happy with this place and the people that work there. Went in a few days ago completely lost because the plumber got me so confused and told me to buy so many pieces. They told me what I actually needed and explained it to me so I could explain it to the plumber if he couldn’t figure it out. They were beyond amazing. Showed me exactly what I needed and were really nice and clear about it. Will be going back for sure. My dog also loved them and she’s an excellent judge of character.

Larry was so helpful. Very professional and highly recommend buying your plumbing parts here. Valley industrial took their time to help me find what I needed, not only helped me but my customer get what they wanted and made. Definetly coming back.

Hard valve to identify but the specialist did not give up. Saved me replacing the complete faucet setup.
