From the first phone call with Susan, to the tech, Jody, that kept us informed very step of the way, it is a pleasure working with American Leak Detection! We needed a pinpointed leak detection and not only did they provide that at a reasonable price, but they made sure we had everything we needed to get it repaired. We will definitely be using them again!

Angel did a great job explaining what was happening at every step of the way. He was able to fix a problem that another plumber left. We will definitely go to him for future plumbing needs.

Cayden was the technician who came to our house to detect and locate a pool leak. He was very knowledgable and experienced. He explained the process and answered any questions I had. He was very tenacious investigating all possibilities until he was able to locate the leak. Would highly recommend!

I could tell you for sure would complete confidence that American Leak detection if you have a plumbing problem, don’t go anywhere else. They came right away found out the problem came up with a plan. I can’t say enough about the technician (Jody)and his helper came back in a couple days repaired it yesterday found out what the problem was replaced the pressure valve, which was causing the leaks. I am 100% satisfied!

Vinny came out and was arranged by my insurance! He was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to confirm it was the dishwasher leaking! Sent his detailed report to our adjuster quickly and made me feel less anxious about our situation.

"Advice from subject matter professionals, not a salesman" ... thats how I would summarize Vinny's help, Vinny dug, poked, listened all over my property to locate a 10 gallon/hour leak (not a very big one) we couldn't find it and we switched into homeowner mode for options on what he would do if he were me on a fixed budget. Angel & his partner Mateo did an outstanding job. They did a step by step process of checking where the water leak was coming from. Angel explained in detail what he was going to do & how he was going to check for the water leak pin pointing exactly where the water leak was at. He also gave us options, & recommendations, estimated time of how long it would take to repair the leak. Very easy going, no pushy salesman stuff. Noticed some mold in my kitchen above my cabinets and Wawanesa dispatched Angel from American Leak Detection the very next day (X-mas Eve). Both Angel and his support person were quick to find and evaluate my leak, which was coming from the common drain in the master bath. I had lots of questions, including the scope of damage and ballpark repair estimates, etc, and Angel provided valuable information, even at this early stage in the process. There's a reason they're rated Five Stars on Google. :-)

Jody was my technician. He was amazing, on time, knowledgeable, and found the leak fast. He went above and beyond to explain things to me, my plumber and the restoration company that was on site. It was a pleasure and I highly recommend him and his team.

Vinnie was able to arrive within a few hours of my call. He did a thorough job and was great at explaining the issue and what needs to be done. Price was reasonable, too.

Vincent was AWESOME!!! He arrived on time and checked everything possible before finding the leak. Once found he was able to explain where the leak was hiding and what necessary repairs would need to be made. Also, if I ever had any questions after the day of the inspection, he always answered promptly and was able to give me the answer/s.
