Once again, the American Leak Detection team delivered the goods! Susan coordinated the show (Thanks Susan!), Vincent called ahead with his ETA (as scheduled) and he and his team of Angel and Mateo did a great job of replacing my bathroom plumbing! Neat, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, they went right to work and now a have more reliable plumbing setup in two bathrooms (they share a wall and plumbing). Thanks ALD!!

Jody is amazing. He went above and beyond in looking for my roof leak and when everyone said there was no attic... he actually went up the attic to see and even though it was a tight squeeze he managed to locate the leak and take a video. He was very friendly, personable and professional. I would use them again if I have another need, great follow up and quick response.

If I could give 100 stars, I would!! This was my 2nd time having American Leak Detection come to my old home on a slab. In 2020, I had a slab leak. Angel. did the work and he was so professional and thorough. I was so pleased I could get Angel again. I had a high water bill, so I thought I had a leak. He checked my entire home and property and nothing. No leak. I am convinced the meter reader made a mistake because I was charged for almost 10k extra gallons of water!!! We didn’t even water outdoors because of all the rain. The dial was dead still. I trust Angel and this company. You will not be disappointed. They have state-of-the-art equipment and are able to detect even a pin hole size leak. It’s quite amazing to watch. Don’t bother with anyone else.

Jody Messersmith came out to fix the plumbing problem we had with an ongoing hot water unit issue. Jody is very knowledgeable about his work and fixed it. He also let us know what to expect in the future with details as to where to trace further problems. Really appreciate him and all he does!!

Appointment specialist/receptionist was helpful, friendly, and understanding. She set us up quickly and efficiently. Vinny, the technician, was fantastic. On time, kept us informed, and did a great job of diagnosing our leak. Gave us options on repair. When they came, they were clean, efficient, and always kept us appraised of their progress. If there was a ten-star rating, I give it to them! Kept things clean too!

These guys are fast, know exactly what they’re looking for and efficient. Quickly figured out where the leaks were coming from - not where we thought- and helped us do a temporary plug. Very impressed with teamwork of Jody and Colin. Jody is a real professional and friendly as well. Great service!
