Well informed technician who did an excellent job finding and fixing our irrigation system.

TERRIBLE!!!! Had them out to find the leak and they could not find it. Tried to blame the water movement on a leak from the well pump. I argued that there was no way it was coming from well pump. I said what if it is not the well pump then you are going to come out again and charge me? They said yes. I then hired a well pump company to review what American Leak Detecrtion said and they confirmed there was no leak from the well pump. When I called Amwerican Leak Detection they said they are going to charge me again. I argued and they basically said too bad. HIred another leak company and they found the leak that American Leak Detection should have found. Terrible service.

I was very pleased with Johnathon’s prompt arrival! We got right to work searching. The leak was only indicated by the meter turning very slowly with no water being used. We found the leak within about an hour, covered 4 acres, listened to many valves. It was the last one of course. A gate valve connecting to another irrigation system that was off, but not all the way off… Problem solved!

My townhouse is part of a HOA, and all units connect to a water main box at the end of our building. Having multiple owners' water mains and an HOA made dealing with my leak stressful. ALD eased matters by responding quickly and more importantly, effectively. The work was thorough and solid, and the courtesy throughout was excellent.
