Alex came out and assessed our clog issue and was extremely thorough and detailed about what our issue was. When we called back to say we still had a clog in another area, he came back immediately and double checked everything and made very helpful recommendations. Very kind and considerate service from him and staff answering our calls. HIGHLY recommend!

Their plumber, Patrick, did an amazing job at replacing 3 of our old toilets. He was on time, very polite, and efficient. We’ll remain a customer as long as Patrick sticks with the company.

I just wanted to let the public know what poor and unprofessional interactions we had with this company. First we called for an estimate to have a leak under our house repaired. The first "plumber" sent out was too large to fit under the house. We were told another "plumber" would sent out. Second "plumber" went a little way under the house and we were told "it was too wet" to continue the estimate. We were then told we would have to hire Serve-Pro to dry the area out before any estimate work would be done. Laughingly the "plumber" stated "it is going to be expensive". At this juncture we decided to find a reputable and reliable plumber which we did without the additional cost of remediation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We had a leak in our condo shower. Mike Testa sent a great guy to come out. He took care of it quickly, explain what the problem was how he repaired it and sent us an invoice. Mike Testa is our go-to plumber for our condo in San Rafael.

They sent a great guy, turned out I did not need to do any of the services the housing inspector had recommended. Honest, professional, and he taught me some things about how the plumbing in my house works, and showed me where some safety features were.

Received a notice from PG& E that was attached to my front door of my residence. It seemed urgent, so I called right away. As PG&E was testing for gas leaks on our court there gas detector went off. After further inspection my house was "red tagged". I had used Mike Testa Plumbing before, for a smaller job, but found out they also do this kind of work. Two technicians came out within a couple hours and fixed 7 leaks in my gas lines. Not only were these technicians great plumbers with very nice dispositions, the price was right. A big thanks goes out to Mike and his staff for the quick turn around.

Wonderful service , way to expensive . I had them out here for a service on the water heater . Two man came out here one was a student he didn't nothing about this water heater he call his boss after he arrived at the job he had to call tech support twice because after his 30 years experience he was not familiar with that kind of water heater . He told me if there not familiar with any kind of products we have to call tech support of course there charge the costumer as well for waiting on the phone. Button line for 2.5 hours of work the bill was $ 400 no parts include.

We have used this company several times now. They have done everything from install a gas line, repair a small leak in our bathroom faucet, install a garbage disposal, to plumbing issues in our business. They have always been extremely helpful and upfront. For services that need prompt attention, they really take that into consideration when booking a service appointment. We feel fortunate to have this great company to lean on when we need them!

Kitchen faucet failed on Thursday night. Called Mike Testa Plumbing early Friday morning and had to leave a message. Someone called me back within two hours and they dispatched a mechanic on Monday 8am. Aaron was friendly, personable, professional and had a new faucet installed within an hour. Very pleased and impressed with the service and will absolutely use them again.

We were in a bind with a water leak that erupted in to a much larger pipe break than we realized. Mike Testa Plumbing was able to send someone over that afternoon in between jobs (we were fortunate) and Darien was able to "patch it up" while he ordered new parts to be installed in a few days. Thankfully he allowed us to have water and take showers! Kurt came out for the second repair and was able to fully repair the pipe leak, much to the happiness of our family and NMWD! He also then checked all of our toilets and faucets to make small repairs. Wow - they were wonderful. Great service, good value, professional, incredibly responsive, did what they said they were going to do, and were so respectful and kind.

On time, friendly, and efficient as always. Thanks you Randy for installing our new kitchen faucet and testing everything to insure we wouldn’t have any problems.

The Mike Testa company and their incredible staff/technicians are the embodiment in what you'd expect in a world class plumbing company!! I wouldn't chose anyone else or search for no one else for that matter. I know those words hold a lot of weight but given that the second after I called them because I had flooding issues with drain in the bathtub, toilets and sinks. Mike Testa Plumbing were able to quickly send out technicians (Ben & Patrick). How helpful were they? Extremely! Awesome communication from everyone that I spoke to. I would give them 6 stars!

We had a tiny pinpoint leak that did not register on Flume or the water meter. Kyle and Joel took time to locate the leak. It was in the ceiling and upper wall of the hallway. They really fixed it. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Testa plumbing overcharges and then insults their customers when they call to dispute the work. I was quoted for service for $910 that included approximately 2 hours of work. The technician arrived and took about 45 minutes to do the work, took a half hour lunch break, and spent another 20-25 minutes to assess another issue I had. I then get a bill for 2.5 hours of work and an extra $110 charge. Afterward, when I call to dispute the extra charge (despite agreeing to pay the full $910 despite the work not taking 2 hours), I get called a liar by Kyle the owner. Awful way to treat people that have been repeat customers. Never doing work with Mike Testa plumbing again.

Randy is definitely worthy of more than five stars, he’s been to our home for three different plumbing issues, and he’s solved them all expertly! He supplied us with photos/videos when explaining things under our home we couldn’t see. He’s so professional, he calls ahead of arrival, explains what he is doing and everything is clean and in excellent working order when he departs. Professional!!! Mike Testa Plumbing is the only plumbers we’ll use, they have decent rates and quick response scheduling!

I called Mike Testa Plumbing when my kitchen faucet blew off and a water geyser erupted in my home. The office manager, Jaime, was very helpful and arranged to dispatch a plumber to me the same day. A few hours later, Patrick came, and he fixed the problem right away, as well as tightened up some other leaky faucets. The work was excellent, and very, very reasonable. I will call them next time I have a water problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called Icon plumbing due to a leak in the kitchen. The plumber arrived and spent not more than 10 minutes. He just diagnosed the problem and told me what parts are needed to fix it. He charged $150 for that. Seems unreasonable.

Icon Plumbing and Design arrived on time and worked extremely efficiently. Would highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a plumber and beyond.
