We have spent money $1200 with Bartlett's a year ago...now they won't even return my call for services. Not using this company again.
What an insult!

This is a great company with a really good crew. They came on schedule and were careful when trimming branches and removing trees. Left our yard clean!

I highly recommend using Bartlett Tree Service! The Santa Barbara Arborists, Tony and Bob and very responsive and professional. Their fertilization tech, Nasim is always on time and does an incredible job.

Excellent service all the way around. Tony was the most knowledgeable in all of the tree service people we talked to. The crew who did the work were also excellent. They did a great job! Bartlett's will be our forever tree service!

We've received services from Bartlett Tree Experts when we lived the Washington, DC area and in Ojai. In both places we found the services to be excellent. Not only do they resolve our tree problems, they explained the nature of the problem in layperson's terms and gave us tips to ensure that they flourished. My specialist Bob White deserves special commendation for his prompt response in attending to a very large, double trunk oak that was infected and needed to be cut down because it posed a danger to property. He did all the work to first inspect the tree and make the determination that it indeed needed to be cut down (visit 1). He then completed all the paperwork for the permit and submitted it to the County agency. This included a second visit to our house for sketches and photos of the trees. The tree is scheduled to be cut 4/26! Remarkable since the problem was identified on 4/11. Thanks Bob for everything.

We have had Bartlett trim the trees on our hillside and they have done the best job thus far keeping the trees healthy and neighbors content.

We called Bartlett's because our Oak tree was covered in caterpillars - like swamped - it was out of control. They scheduled Bob White to come out the next day to evaluate. He suggested a very safe spray to eradicate the problem and explained the life cycle of the caterpillars and moths. They came a few days later and sprayed. Very prompt response. I was also a little worried about the spray because I have pets and kids but Bob made me feel at ease by sending me detailed information about the product they were using. Overall, we were very satisfied with Bartlett's costumer service, diagnoses, and treatment. Our oak is now clear of caterpillars!

Reached out 5 times over two weeks and never got a response. Tried multiple methods of contacting this company and they never answered. Maybe they're not operating in the area anymore, no idea. But what I can say is we had a good recommendation for them, but something is failing miserably in this company as they cannot even answer 5 basic emails over 2 weeks.

Company is doing landscaping on property in an unsafe manner. When approached about my succulents damaged by their falling equipment and tree limbs they said they were not responsible. I have tried calling the business and they hang up their phones upon answering. Very dishonest and unprofessional business. Do not recommend.

I have used Montecito tree care many times over the years and have always found them to have great prices and do quality work. Highly recommended.

Ronnie and his team are beyond fantastic. They took down two very large trees with craftsmanship and ease. Our home was spotless when they left and the entire job completed without any disruption.
