Outstanding work, our house is super clean every week!

I have been very grateful for the service provided by Master Clean. The Team sees to everything. I am 80 and find it hard to keep up. Master Clean takes a load off.

After I requested a clarification on the exact services/cleans that was provided and complained about the staff being late, the managers Brandee told me "You are deceitful in your email... Please pay this bill promptly or the entire amount will go straight to collections and you can make your case with them. Further, do not call us again.."

Communication from the office is 10/10 and almost no complaints on cleaning from our residents - great team for cleaning!

My guest apartment hadn't had a decent cleaning in awhile. Master Clean met with me, asked what areas needed special attention. I didn't see their amazing work until 2 days later. Not only was the place spotless they cleaned areas I hadn't even thought about. I know who I'm calling next time.

We have been using your team for almost 4 years now and the level of service has been as great as when you started, which is wonderful. The team always is nice, professional and goes the extra mile when they can. For example they will start the dryer for me if clothes are in the washer, which is a great way to save me time and very much appreciated. They pay attention to the details as well.
