While I appreciate the work that they do, they do a great job; I feel that the service is overpriced. I have talked to many housecleaning services in SB and Rosie's is far above the cost of the other services. This last time I had them come to clean, I feel that I was taken advantage of. I was not in town, and was charged a large amount, especially considering they had visited to clean two days previous. I asked why that was, and I was told they were cleaning both of my bathrooms...I only have one. I understand that this is a simple mistake, but after feeling for some time now that the rates are two high, it was a frustration that led me to decide I will not be using these services again.

Rosie's cleaning service is an amazing service that i trust for my home. I use her service on a weekly basis and by far is the best service in town. The cleaning is meticulous and you feel you can trust her. I got 20% Off for every visit.

Hands down best cleaning service I’ve ever had!! I can be very picky when it comes to things being clean but I couldn’t find one thing that wasn’t beyond my expectations. The attention to detail was incredible, especially considering they were in and out so quick! The cleaners were so sweet to me and I feel so comfortable having them in my home. Can’t recommend them enough!!

An older friend needed some cleaning on short notice after an unfortunate incident in her home, and another friend and I were arranging for and covering it. Other cleaning services that were recommended to me weren’t available for several days, but Rosie’s (which I liked the reviews on) was able to fit us in that same day once they knew the unusual situation. Having never engaged a cleaning service before, I didn’t know what to expect on cost, but based on research they were fair. They communicated a range to me up front and were great about communicating with me once their staff (who were very nice) arrived, letting me know what could be accomplished in the time frame and budget we had. They were more thorough than I expected for what was being requested and made such a difference, which helped my friend get back to normal life fast. Thank you, Rosie’s. I know who to call for any future needs.

Absolutely loved Rosie’s cleaning service! They were friendly, punctual and very detail oriented. Our home urgently needed a deep house cleaning and they exceeded all expectations. Thank you for being available on very short notice and leaving our home feeling amazing!

Rosie's housekeepers came and cleaned our home and did an incredible job! They arrived on time, were really nice and polite, and left the rental house spotless! They finished cleaning and tidying before the time was up and asked if there was still something else they could help me with. Very happy with the results. Will definitely be hiring them again...

Do NOT use Rosie’s cleaning service!! They will charge the maximum even though they only stayed 2 hours and refused to even clean shower door on move out. They lie and say they will come back and won’t do it. Then they said the rate of min and max have Nothing to do with how long they stay or if unit was already very clean. They refuse to state what rate is based on when charge max. So they WILL charge u max quoted which is a sham. Also good luck ever getting an actual invoice or receipt. 3 weeks and 4 request for those and still nothing. They r rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

I scheduled a free estimate, had an ok experience with the woman looking at our 2200 sq ft house to provide a quote, or so I thought. I was quoted $565-630 for the standard initial cleaning, after which they said they would decide what the regular biweekly cleaning amount would be. I found this to be not only very expensive, but a very sketchy approach. Did not hire.
