We our very pleased to this company especially Adam, who was the one who repaired our washing machine. He was very pleasant , honest and most of all very knowledgeable to what he is doing. He was on time in his appointment and very thorough in fixing the problem. We recommend this company especially Adam to all your issues with appliances!

Erik was great. Friendly, prompt and courteous. He explained the issue with pictures. He explained how to fix the problem and what to do to keep it from happening again. Service was done in a timely manner especially during Thanksgiving week.

If this review was only about Service Tech Brad I would give 5 stars!f He was knowledgable, polite, and clear in his explanations. However, the Bay Master Appliance Services office leaves a lot to be desired. They were not very responsive to inquires about invoicing or clear about when to expect a follow-up call. The office person was also completely unhelpful about the fact that I was without refrigeration for 3 1/2 days and lost most of what was in my freezer. At least a few suggestions would have been nice. I would not use this company again because of the experience with the office.

I give Brad my appliance man a 5 star. He was so professional and knowledgeable. But the administrative staff handling appointments get one Star. They rescheduled us so many times last minute for our fridge repair . We didn’t have a fridge for 3 weeks! We missed time from work it was a night mare! But thank god for Brad he was able to fix it.

Adam did a masterful job completing this job. He started with a thorough diagnosis which he verified by consulting with other senior staff, then promptly got necessary parts and installed them. He loves his work and it shows. We will refer other friends who need refrigerator repairs. And we will certainly ask for Adam when our other refrigerator/freezer has problems.

Adam is VERY knowledgeable and did a SUPER JOB in fixing my 60 year old G.E. oven! It wasn't working for a several months and I wasn't sure if it could even be fixed! Adam, thank you so much. You were the angel I was waiting for to work a miracle! 🤗

These guys are great! Came out same day, diagnosed the issue and left me with a few options. The diagnostic price was reasonable and their technician was very nice and did not man-splain anything to me (bonus!)

Erik did an outstanding job repairing our appliance! He arrived promptly, worked quickly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I truly appreciated how smoothly the whole process went. Brad did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our GE washing machine. He had great communication and worked carefully but quickly. He even gave me several maintenance tips and tricks.

Called to ask a question about refrigerator repair and the person didn’t understand my question which was fine. I decided to hang up and received a call back by the person. I answered him and let him know I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if my refrigerator wasn’t worth saving. He replied back that I wasted his time by calling and hanging up. I honestly thought that was super unmeasurable to call me back to say I wasted his time. Petty business that will likely be willing to rip off customers if they want to call to insult them for changing their mind.

Mr. Rodrigo was wonderful! He came to repair our refrigerator even though it was the end of the day, and he was completely honest about the best path forward for us. He was helpful, polite, and professional from start to finish. We would highly recommend him and his company!

Adam was prompt (he texted he was on his way, as well), courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. The reason the price was high was the cost of the part. Viking oven parts are very expensive. I would definitely use this company and technician again!

Carlos was so focused on troubleshooting a hard to diagnose problem. He was professional and patient. I felt he was more frustrated than I was not resolving the issue on the first try…. A testament to his work ethic. I really appreciated his attention to detail and letting me know every step of the way what was going on.

THEY DID NOTHING for my family besides stealing our hard working money. Their tech didn’t even give us a quote. He took off and I didn’t hear from I HAD TO CALL THEM! they never reached out to me or my husband to gives a quote my food went to waste and I had to get a new refrigerator i had to get an attorney and the police involved because this business is a scam. I had to provide pictures of the tech from my property camera I’m pretty sure their reviews are from people in the company itself! DO NOT HIRE THEM. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE $100 + FEE FOR THEM COMING OUT TO DO NOTHING SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND HARD WORKING MONEY

I orangnal called for service on my dishwasher but he was done so fast I asked him if he works on dryers too. Adam said absolutely went right out to check on my dryer. In 30 mins he had it fixed and running super quiet again. I definitely highly recommend Adam.

Had a fantastic repairman (Adam) who clearly explained what the problem was and what needed to be addressed. He was quick in getting the part ordered and once received he was just as quick and efficient in getting the washer back together. A check to make certain things were operating correctly and I am doomed to get the laundry done... Thank you Adam & Bay Master.
