Bay Master Appliance Service is a very professional company and easy to deal with. They were able to send a technician the same day I called to service our refrigerator.

The technician, Adam, was very professional and friendly. He was able to detect the problem and order the part needed. Adam returned within a few days and installed the part. The refrigerator is now working fantastic. Thank you Adam for your awesome service!!

I highly recommend Bay Master Appliance Service for your appliance repairs.

I found Bay Master Appliance Services to be very professional. They were able to send a technician out the next day, he arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Although, for my particular situation, they were not able to fix my appliance. However, the technician Adam went above and beyond trying his hardest to remedy the issue. His honesty was wonderful, because instead of ordering parts that would cost more than just buying a new appliance, he was upfront and honest in letting me know my best bet was to just buy a new appliance. Thank you so much Bay Master Appliance Services. I appreciate all the help!

I was replacing the main gearcase/trasnmission on my Maytag Bravos washer and found it the completely seized onto the inner tub and impossible to remove. Called Bay Master Appliance and Larry arrived quickly with lots of experience and knowledge on what to do. After about 90 minutes of heaving and heavy hammering, Larry had the old gearcase out so that I could proceed...
Couldn't have done it without Larry's help!
Having said that...I hate calling anyone for help so any labour fees are too much !! :)
    Cheers..

Our LG refrigerator failed and we called Urner’s and they advised us to call BayMaster to schedule the repair with your company. The repair person replaced the part needed three time. Mitchell Monsen was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable. After your company order an OEM part as he originally wanted the OEM part solved the problem. Thanks for his time and natural friendliness.
    The best!

Greeted with a cheerful hello and introduction. I felt very comfortable talking to Adam, didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. He is truly an asset to this company. Thank you for sending such a pleasant employee.

Adam was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. I had an issue with the latch on my washer door not wanting to unlock and after ordering the part and waiting a couple of days for the shipment to arrive, he fixed it in about 30 minutes. Adam even went above and beyond and helped me fix a crack on the outer plastic of my door, to help prevent any issues in the future, even though that’s wasn’t the repair I was asking for. Great experience, I’ll definitely be calling again for any future appliance repairs I may need.

This business went out of their way to accommodate me to fix my refrigerator. I called at 2:00 pm, Larry came at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately we had wait 24 hrs for defrost. Larry scheduled me for appointment next day and requested do not remove so he could fix. He kept me updated on coming to my house. Larry was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient! He also took glass shelves apart for me to clean while he fixed the part. He was very thorough in his work, double checking all was done. I highly recommend this company. Tony called me in morning to make sure it defrosted. Great customer service! Thank you Tony and Larry for your excellent work ethic and friendly service!

Unable to diagnose dishwasher issue. Did not have the requisite tools or parts despite being a Viking certified technician. Removed dishwasher and could not replace it correctly.

Called DeAnza Appliance about my Viking range because both ovens would intermittently fail to get up to temp. Gus came out to check. The large oven did demonstrate the issue. Gus checked with 'JR' who said parts for my oven were no longer available. Here is Gus' writeup from my invoice, "The unit needs both oven boards..." THERE ARE NO OVEN BOARDS. YouTube videos explained this issue as an ignitor problem. I downloaded a parts list for my oven, found the part number for the ignitors and bought from Amazon for less than $25 each. YouTube videos showed step by step how to replace the ignitors which was super easy.

They may be good for other appliances, but I do not think they know anything about Viking ovens. I gave them three stars for promptly coming out. Oh, by the way, the cost for all the bad information was $130.

Ruben was excellent to work with.

Gus the service tech was knowledgeable and repaired item fast and good. I love the 90 day warranty on any parts installed by De Anza Appliance also. I always call them first.

Great service. They take care of their customers. Ultimately could not fix my range as the parts were no longer available. They put a lot of time into it (3 visits and $300+ imparts) and because they were unable to fix it only charged me for a single service call. Top notch.

I had very pleasant experience with Da Anza Appliance from scheduling to the actual work with Frigidaire fridge repair. Special thanks go to the super nice and knowledgeable technician Rey. He was so nice and took a second trip on the same to our home and fixed the fridge. A previous repair from another company was done only three months ago, but the problem occurred again with the same symptom. Rey diagnosed a different cause as from the fan, instead of the control box as the obvious cause (as was replaced from the previous repair). The repair work was quick and to the point. I would highly recommend Da Anza and especially Rey.

Tony came on time and fixed the problem. He was very professional and diligent. He took the time to explain what happened and how to prevent the problem in the future.

The repair was expensive ($310) but my units are stacked and access was difficult.

BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THESE GUYS!!! I have been working with DeAnza Appliance since January trying to get my New Frigidaire Gas Range fixed. The wheels on the drawer fall off. The guy that came to the house was very professional, very nice, worked very hard but could not fix the problem. He left saying he would contact Electrolux and see what the problem was, possibly get a new drawer. The drawer was ordered but it came in without the wheels again and DeAnza could not get them on the drawer. Another drawer was ordered and shipped from Electrolux and they said there was no tool or fixture needed to install the wheels. I was about to leave on vacation (outside of the US) for 3 weeks and was told by SOMEONE at DeAnza that when I got back the drawer would be ready and they would come out and install it and I would finally be done with my new remodeled kitchen. I got back on 4/5 and called DeAnza to make the appointment and again I was told that the drawer was not ready because they couldn't get the wheels on and that Electrolux was not responding to their requests. Then the problem started, I asked the man (I was talking to) why DeAnza lied to me before I left on vacation saying they would be out to install the drawer when I got back? He said again they Electrolux wasn't responding to their requests about the drawer and I said again that I wanted to know why someone lied to me when I had called before leaving on vacation. He said, that was probably the Service Manager and that is my father and he wouldn't lie; we are a family owned business and we don't lie. So, I said again, that I didn't know who I had talked to but he did lie and ended the call by saying I was going to call Electrolux and hung up! According to Electrolux it is DeAnza who was not responding to Electrolux and they had a record of contacting DeAnza 2+ weeks prior and had the name/phone#/etc. of the person at DeAnza (I didn't ask who it was)! Then Electrolux told me that another service company would be coming out Saturday to fix the range and I asked why DeAnza wasn't coming out to finish the job? He said he wasn't sure, all DeAnza said was "they were no longer available to service my address"! I was stunned, so agreed to the appointment and then called DeAnza back thinking that there HAD TO BE A MISTAKE!!! But, there was no mistake, because I had brought to their attention that someone in the company had lied to me, I was told I needed to speak to the owner (the Father of the first man I spoke to); who coldly said you called me a liar and I said no I did not, I said 'someone' at your company lied to me! He said well you didn't talk to me so I'm not sure what you said, but you called someone a liar and we do not lie so we will no longer be able to service your appliances!!! My response was "my late husband had been in business in the area for over 30 years before he died and if a customer said someone had lied to him he would find out who lied and talk to that person or have a general meeting with all emplyees; and, I told him he should try it because it is very good for business! We just hung us, guess he doesn't mind losing customers. JUST A WORD OF CAUTION; WITH THIS BUSINESS THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT, but THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!

Had a great experience...I had my fridge stop working and found these guys from the manufacturer. Owner was polite and sent out one his guys Chris right away. Chris was prompt, found the issue quickly then located the part. Unfortunately it wouldn't be available until Monday and all the food in my fridge would go bad. A few minutes after leaving he called me back, they'd kept searching and found the part in another distributor locally. Fridge fixed, back in business. Chris took the time to explain to me how to take care of my fridge and stove and overall was super professional and friendly. I hope not to need them again soon, but if I do I'll be happy to go with them again.

Avoid this outfit. Completely nonresponsive and incompetent. We had to wait one month for a service visit. The tech couldn't figure out how to send a video or photos to Electrolux. Its been one week since the incompetent tech was here to take pix and DeAnza still hasn't sent the photos and the company will not answer the phone. This place is a joke. STEER CLEAR!

Priced very high for relatively lighter problem.

Update: 10/11/23: The response below from DeAnza Appliance marketing person (1 yr. later) is a lie. There was no discussion of price until the work was done. It was exorbitant. There is a reason I never went back to DeAnza for any of my future work.

    Excellent service from Tony Rubio.
We had a failed dishwasher under warranty and were referred to De Anza Appliance by Electrolux.
Received a confirmation from the front desk for the appointment promptly.

Technician Tony was very professional and called ahead of time at which he was going to arrive. He was very professional at his work and identified the problem within a short time. He had a spare part with him and he got everything working in less than an hour. He perfectly followed the Covid protocols and wore mask at all time and sanitized the place after he was done. Definitely a top notch 5 star service.
