I had water intrusion into my house that ruined some of my wood flooring. Dave and his team were excellent to work with. His crew worked like surgeon, precisely removing the damaged planks and replacing them with new ones. I really appreciated their professionalism and the thoughtful care they took with my home.

We had Dave hotmop and tile are new walk in shower, his crew was great to work with. The job came out amazing and now is great to just walk in not step over a climb, are cats love it too to lay down on the floor and bench sit. Two thumbs 👍 👍 for Dave and his crew.

I had my upstairs carpet replaced with laminate. The process was very easy and the installers were amazing. I was told it could take 3 to 4 days but they finished in 2. I have already recommended Dave Walter to 2 neighbors and will again.

We used Dave for both our Kitchen Counters and Master Bath remodel. Honestly we are SOOOO happy. Dave is great to work with and all of his team are professional and know their crafts. Our kitchen we did new counters and had our cabinets refinished. Bathroom was top to bottom remodel. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

After looking for backsplash material for several days, we found one at Dave’s. They have a large selection of tiles, flooring, backsplash, and what you need to do your new or remodeling job. While the store is new, the expertise they bring to helping you coordinate and select was perfect for us. They have years of installation experience and it has created a very warm customer service environment. We ordered our back splash the day after Thanksgiving and it was delivered to the job site on the following Tuesday. An added bonus was that we were able to take the samples we liked and return them when we were done...not something we had found everywhere else. Payment was easily done over the phone. Will definitely return for other flooring needs.

The product and installation is unremarkable but acceptable. We had our kitchen counters replaced with quartz as part of a full kitchen remodel. Dave and his crew did an ok job on the installation. Where Dave Walter Flooring Kitchens and Baths seriously fails is in the area of customer service. Work scheduling and communication failures are not a strong point, to say the least. Our work with Dave occurred more than two years ago and I resisted providing any review for seriously poor service and communication at that time. However, there are some failures in the work now that require repair. When I reached out to Dave, I was very quickly reminded of how grossly unprofessional and inept this company's service is. His unprofessionalism will delay your project and leave you frustrated and unsatisfied.

At this time we have a seam failure between two large slabs of quartz that he installed. This in itself is a failure of the installation that should not occur, but another matter I won't speak to here. We called Dave to have the bad seam repaired and he happily committed to making the repair and advised he would schedule with me for the next day or two. On our call we made no mention of a warranty and I fully expected to pay Dave any fee due for his time and work. Dave initially committed to scheduling the repair within 2 days. After 3 days lapsed with no call from Dave or his team, and several attempts to to reach him by phone over several days, he finally acknowledged and advised he would schedule at "Some Time" but couldn't commit to anything definitive. 3 weeks has gone by and Dave has completely ignored any attempt to schedule this work. Dave is not reachable by phone. Phone messages go unreturned. Emails/Text go un answered. This is the same communications and service failures experienced during the initial installation. Needless to say I have had another vendor out to make the repair to Dave's work.

Highly recommend Dave and his team. Renovated my bathroom and completed on schedule and as promised. Competitive pricing and his team was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I hired Dave Walter Flooring Kitchen and Baths to demo my hardwood flooring and replace it with polish porcelain tiles in an open concept livingroom, dining, kitchen and hallway. They did a superb job! Very detailed and exceptionally precise with the cut and layout of the tiles. Thank you!

Dave’s father tiled our bathrooms more than 15 years ago. We reached out to have our bathroom stones cleaned and resealed, as well as replacing our kitchen counters. Dave offered a great selection in countertops. His team did an amazing installation, with waterfall countertops and backsplash. The work in the bathrooms was stunning. Additionally, Dave referred us to a fantastic electrician and plumber. The teams coordinated work and follow-up seamlessly. We will use all again for any future work and would recommend to our family and friends.

Dave did an amazing job on my fireplace! He fabricated a beautiful tile facade and installed it within two weeks. Excellent service and impeccable workmanship with a reasonable price! He really cares about his customers. I wish I would have found him and his store sooner!

I would highly recommend Dave and his team to remodel your bathroom or kitchen. He remodeled a bathroom in my house from the studs. New drywall, title, plumbing, electric, paint etc. We had somewhere there a 8am every morning. he said he'd be done in 3 weeks and he was. No one tried to up-sale us on anything, there were no hidden costs and it came in right on the bid which by the way was much lower than many of the similar businesses in Santa Clarita. All very easy and nice people to work with and they did an excellent job. 5 Stars!!!!!

We contracted Dave for the remodel of our Santa Clarita House master bath. the remodel was a total success, Dave was very professional, always followed up on queries, ensured the remodel timelines were always meet constantly checking in during the process verifying that his team was on schedule.

Dave and his team are top notch! He gave an estimate based just on some pictures and was spot on for materials. He’s honest, reasonable and the quality of work is above and beyond anything I’ve seen in regards to tile work and caulking. His professionals were also very polite and experts in their field. They also kept everything covered and cleaned up areas afterwards very well. Highly recommend their services!!!

I highly recommend Dave and his team for ANY job! They just finished up a total gut of our master bathroom and I couldn’t be happier. Honestly, one of the most positive experiences with a major construction job in my home. Jose and Ramon did outstanding work on our tile. They are both kind, patient, hardworking and do amazing work. They were even great with my kids. When you have people in your home for 3+ weeks you want to feel comfortable and they are just nice to be around. And Jeovanny did great plumbing work. We had an issue towards the end with a small leak and they came by early the next day to fix it. We will be using them as our go to plumbers from here on out.
