Paul Davis were able to find the source of a slow leak in a bathroom even after a plumber could not. They were able to repair the issue, dry out the entire area to avoid any issues with moisture and mold and were incredibly professional in all aspects. Diagnosing the problem, fixing the problem and the clean up process. 5 stars all the way highly recommend!

I was referred to Paul Davis Restoration through my insurance company. I had a water pipe break under my home which had caused extensive damage to my laundry room, floors and walls going into my kitchen. Adrian came out promptly and put together a team and had the walls dried up with fans and dehumidifiers in a week. They also removed all the drywall and damaged flooring in all areas. I was very impressed by him and how quickly it was completed. Then the other team took over for the reconstruction. Maria and Leon were a pleasure to work with. We had to stay at a hotel and out of the house for approximately six weeks. They worked quickly and efficiently to get us home as soon as possible. Maria answered all of my questions and Leon showed up all the time to oversee all the work being done to our home. Maria and Leon were a great team to work with. Everything turned out beautifully including our new floors, back splash and Krause sink. I would highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration!!

We experienced some water damage with a foul odor the day before our daughters second birthday party. Our family reached out to Paul Davis for help. They not only picked up the phone but responded very quickly, within three hours. Dylan brought a dehumidifier, air purification system, and quarantined my son’s room where the damage was located. Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, we couldn’t move forward with the repairs.

The insurance refused to afford us any solution other than to pay out of pocket which created an issue for us. Paul Davis, and specifically Kush Desai, the CEO; worked with us to find a different solution to our problem which left us satisfied and grateful. We sought the services of Paul Davis Restoration after our home was damaged by ash and smoke from the Eaton Fire. Kush, Adriana, and their team were great. They were very kind, respectful, understanding, and responsive to our needs. We are renters so our personal belongings were our responsibility, but the house structure itself was the landlord's responsibility. Paul Davis Restoration worked very hard to get our landlord on the same page with us and to give us a reasonable quote. Unfortunately, our landlord opted for a different company for the restoration of the structure, that gave us a much higher quote for contents. Given the job the other company did on the structure, we are very happy we were able to have Paul Davis Restoration do our belongings. This was an extremely stressful time, and the folks at Paul Davis put at us ease. Highly recommend!

After a long and pretty nightmarish experience arguing with my insurance company and going down the road with other restoration companies before things inevitably fell apart, I landed at Paul Davis of Santa Clarita.

Kush and Ramel were my first points of contact and they were super responsive, easy to speak to, and straight shooters from the very beginning. They helped work with me to cut a deal where we agreed to a set amount that was beyond what the insurance had paid out but was still in a reasonable enough range for me to pay the difference out of pocket.

Once work got started everything was extremely timely and efficient. The contents cleaning work performed by Adriana, Martin, Christina (Kristina?) and the whole team were quite thorough and they made sure to keep me clued in on the process the whole way and answer all my questions. It's a gargantuan job to clean all the items, big and small, in a home (especially a very old and somewhat delicate home like mine) without breaking or damaging anything, but they did it! And all the subcontractors that they brought in were very good and Kush made scheduling their work very simple and easy. They quoted 2 weeks for the full job, but they did it all in 1 week flat and without cutting any corners or rushing.

Paul Davis company is the most professional and reliable company that I have ever dealt with! Richie and David answered when I called them or called me right back, answered my text messages immediately and were always pleasant and polite and ready to assist with anything we needed!
