I had a flood in my kitchen that wrecked my drywall, laminate flooring, and kitchen cabinets, among other things. I am glad I had State Farm to cover my claim, and I'm very Fortunate to have been connected with American Craftsman Restoration. They did an Excellent job restoring my house! Their professionalism was top notch, I felt like they cared about my house as much as I do, and I was Very impressed by the skill and craftsmanship possessed by each of the workers they sent over. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Thank You again American Craftsman. My house looks Great!!

American Craftsman Restoration did Mold Remediation in our home and not only did they handle every detail professionally, they explained the entire process and made sure our family was safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and, in fact, I just sent their contact information to a dear friend who also needed restoration work and they were quick to schedule time to help! American Craftsman was excellent from start to finish. The first person I spoke to, Nadine, was very helpful and made feel very comfortable with the process. She explained what was going to happen and set up for a technician to come out to my house to inspect my mold and water problem. They worked with my insurance company the whole way through and made the process very easy on me. I would definitely use them again in the future for any damage to my home.

I had a loss at my house recently and American Craftsman was wonderful. The technicians came out very quickly and started removing the water. The estimator met with my insurance adjuster and worked with them and explained what was gonna happen and why it was needed. They finished up the work a few weeks once the demo was done and the work product was great. My house looks better than before and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in this situation.

At Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley we needed help modifying a kitchen cabinet so we could fit our new refrigerator. American Craftsman Restoration helped us out when others did not want to take the time for such a small and simple job. They were absolutely fantastic! They responded promptly, arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and left the place clean. Now we have a beautiful new refrigerator to keep the kids' breakfast, lunch, and snacks cold in a space that allows us to keep using a cabinet we thought we were going to have to get rid of. We unfortunately had an upstairs leak in our home that resulted in an insurance claim and American Craftsman Restoration was the company referred to us by our insurance company.

I was immediately impressed by Brian who came out to write up our estimate. He was on time and I immediately felt that we were going to be take care of by experts. Having your home torn up is awful, everything is out of place, drywall and ceilings removed as well as carpet. Brian answered every question I had (and I had a lot of questions) and did so very politely and competently.

Once we were ready for the work to begin Walt, our Foreman came out (once again right on time) and did a walk through with us, and went over all the repairs to be done in detail. Again, we felt that the knowledge and care to take care of our home and us was excellent.

Once the work began, it was John and his team who handled the majority of all of our repairs. They again we on time every single day. All of the work that they performed were done with great care and the quality was exceptional.

Our team from American Craftsman were ALWAYS on time, responsive to phone calls, emails and texts. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but all of our encounters with our team (even those whom I only spoke to on the phone at the office) were excellent.

American Craftsman EMS department recently responded to a flood I had from a broken pipe. They managed to bring all the drying equipment and fans. They placed it so responsibly and safely taping down all the cords, and checked on it every day. Because of their professional and responsible work it appears that my hardwood floors have been saved. This is a great company, with great workforce, employees are very professional and polite and I appreciate the level of expertise. If anyone needs water damage repair, I highly recommend this company.

Recently, we had a pipe burst on our second floor causing water to leak down to our first floor through the ceiling and walls. Our plumber stopped the leak. We called American Craftsman Restoration to stop and fix the water damage. We called them and received a very, quick response from their representative Sean. He investigated the water damage and set up equipment to contain and dry out the damage. Subsequently, Kristian and Zoubier followed up with Sean to assist in fixing the problem. All of these representatives were outstanding, professional, well mannered and cordial. They were absolute craftsman (no pun intended with business name) who had to remove wall panels for drying purposes and preventing mold. Their craftsmanship was shown in how neat and clean they were in the above processes. During every step of the process they explained what was going on. These individuals should be commended for their excellent work and procedures. Thank You American Craftsman Restoration for having such a tremendous caliber of employees!

Worked with American Craftsman for a second story bathroom repair that was leaking for an undetermined amount of time. Mold was a concern of ours as a previous leak had resulted in black mold growth during a previous incident. Start to finish all the employees at American Craftsman worked professionally during every step of the process. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and mold testing was performed for peace of mind. Want to give a big thank you to Walter to coordinating all the efforts and shout out to George for some of the best drywall work I’ve ever seen! Happy to have a restoration company I can rely on if the need should arise in the future.

I highly recommend all the people who work for American Craftsman! They came in and replaced all the flooring, parts of the ceiling and parts of the wall from a major plumbing issue that we had. They were professional, considerate and easy to work with. They picked up their phone when I called and/or called me back promptly. I was just really impressed with each and every one of these guys! AMAZING. I know, seems odd to say the words 'amazing' in the post world of the Palisade Fire. BUT our experience was fantastic. We recently had American Craftsman Restoration handle the dwelling cleaning after the Palisades Fire, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The team was responsive, thorough, and professional throughout the process.

A special thanks to Brian, who went above and beyond, negotiating with our insurance company with integrity — never “bilking” the insurer, just ensuring the work was done right and fairly.

The post-toxin testing showed excellent results, which is especially remarkable given that our property was immediately next to burn sites. Many neighbors with homes much farther from the fire still showed residual toxins even after cleaning, but our home was thoroughly restored.

Walt and his team were great throughout the process of coming out and fixing the drywall. I had a roof leak from recent rains, I contacted home warranty and Walt reached out as soon as I had an appt to fix the roof. He was courteous to my schedules and timely with scheduling. American Craftsman Restoration has been repairing/restoring our home after a pipe broke and did extensive water damage to our home. They have done a a superior job on repairing our home. Michael, and Park were awsome. The pay attention to all the fine details and thier communication is great! Selvin is thier go to jack of all trades person. He picks up the loose ends and does superior work. The subs they use are excellent as well the Cabinet company replaced our lower cabinets without breaking very expensive countertops!
Flooring company did a very good job replacing the flooring. We love it.
