American Craftsman's team of professionals are the best. They were recommended by a close friend and they didn't disappoint. If you have water, mold, or fire damage, this is the team you want on your side. They understand the insurance claims process and will help steer you through the pitfalls, as this process is more complicated than I would have thought.

I have not experienced the need for these services, but these are the comments I often hear about American Craftsman. Their reputation is very high, and I would not hesitate to refer anyone personally or professionally to them. Cindy Reid, in particular, has answers to many questions. Response times are very quick and jobs are done thoroughly.

I have used contractors & restoration companies numerous times over the years both in business (for almost 40-years) and personally and have mixed experiences. But when I discovered American Craftsman, I stopped having "mixed" experiences, and have only good ones. Can you find better rates? Maybe on the surface, but you will pay for it through poor quality, poor communications or a lot of no-shows.

This company has an excellent response time. They were here after the pipe broke within 2 hours. The crew is great, and easy on the eyes I might add. Alicia from American Craftsman Restoration really went to bat for my 88 year old Mom! My Mom had what we thought was a small water leak, actually became a major restoration project. Alicia really fought for her and was very kind and professional during the whole ordeal. She handled the dry out, wood flooring replacement, wall repair, arranged the mold removal, painters, movers, and so much more. She took excellent care in making sure my Mom didn't have to worry about anything. I really appreciate the service we received, and I highly recommend Alicia and American Craftsman Restoration!!!

This company obviously spends a lot of time training their employees. Every employee is knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to address concerns and how to deal with the insurance company. No one wants to have bad things happen to their home but if you do, American Craftsman Restoration is the only call you need to make! Kind, caring and courteous are just a few words to describe them!

I recently had a leak in my kitchen which resulted in some water damage and the crew at American Craftsman was at my home right away to dry the area and remove the damaged cabinetry. They worked with my insurance company and explained each step of the process to me, always responded immediately when I had questions and were all around great to work with. My kitchen was good as new within a few weeks and I couldn’t be more pleased!

We had two previous contractors , And we knew were in trouble. Communication broke down, and the skills that were needed to do the work weren’t there. It’s never fun when you have to call a restoration company. Unfortunately through the years we have had to use American Craftsman a few times. They help make a bad situation better. Their team is a pleasure to work with and they are good, honest people. This is a family run business that truly cares, not a franchise, that may be more expensive because of franchise fees. I was worried about mold in the house we were going to purchase a few months ago. The house was already in escrow. I called American Craftsman because my realtor recommended them. I spoke with Nadine who then arranged an appointment with Brian and Jared. They came quickly. It was obvious they were very knowledgeable and professional as I walked them through my concerns. They presented an estimate to do a mold remediation which was quite reasonable so I went with them. The work was done quickly and cleanly. I hate it when someone works on your house and leaves a mess and they did not do that. In fact, Jared walked me through what the crew did at the end of the project and was done to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and glad my realtor recommended them and I recommend them to anyone who needs mold help.

Amazing response and great service. Even during the catastrophic fires they provide immediate response.
