We had Dave Walter Flooring Kitchen & Bath do a master bathroom remodel in October 2025. We had a great experience from picking out the tile, cabinets, quartz etc, all throughout to the final installation. The subcontractors Dave lined up were all very professional, did a great job, and showed up every day as scheduled! I would use Dave Walter Flooring Kitchen & Bath again!

Had my bedroom and bathroom floor tiling installed by Dave Walter Flooring Kitchens and Bath. I'm so happy with how this project went. Dave is easy to work with and his team did a fantastic job. My floors look so beautiful, and Dave's pricing and turn around time were the best. They really take care of you, will work with them again.

Dave Walter did an excellent job upgrading our kitchen countertops and backsplash. The quality of the materials and workmanship was top-notch, and Dave has a great eye for design. We had just bought our home and were worried the upgrade would be out of budget, but he worked with us and was very fair with pricing without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for great design and quality work without overpaying.

We worked with Dave on a total gut remodel of our very dated 80s kitchen! Dave made everything so easy! Not only did he help us find + install the Carrara marble I wanted for our counter tops, but he was the general contractor for all our other trades which was incredibly convenient! Everything from plumbing, to electrical, to drywall repair — it was able to all go through Dave which saved me sooo much time not having to figure out who to go to for all those trades as a first time homeowner. And, we loved every single sub he brought on!! We love our new kitchen and Dave really helped us get exactly what we wanted! Couldn’t recommend more! Adrian, the owner of this particular franchise in Santa Clarita ,and his side kick Hector, would get 20 stars if I could give it! I had a leak in my kitchen that caused substantial damage , upsetting in normal times but more so during our Covid-19 epidemic. Their response and knowledge with the restoration was incredible but equally important is their bedside manner and ability to make me feel comfortable and as stress free as possible.In a addition to their restoration knowledge they are also ethical and stand up human beings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have used Paul Davis Restoration for two different water damage instances at our home.

The first was for a refrigerator water line that was dripping behind the wall, which we found upon removing the old refrigerator. They came in, removed the mold and damaged drywall, dried everything out (all within an enclosed tent structure as to not affect the rest of our living area) and did the repairs.

The second time was to replace a water heater stand that had been water damaged sometime in the past. They used the same tent structure, made sure everything was dried out, removed the old water heater stand and rebuilt it.

With both repairs, I could not have been more pleased with their work, professionalism, cost and how they kept everything clean (as we know, most contractors will not clean up after themselves).

The next time we have water or other damage, we will definitely call Paul David Restoration.

Well there were the only company that came in the middle of the night and stayed until 4 in the morning to help get the job rolling. They showed up every day to make sure our floors were drying, and explained everything to me so I understood what was going on. I highly recommend this company.

I'm writing this review specifically to commend Kush and Susan for their outstanding professionalism. As someone with limited construction knowledge, I truly appreciate how they've guided me through every step of the process, working closely with me and maintaining excellent communication throughout.

My upstairs bathroom flooded and leaked through the downstairs ceiling. It was a nightmare and my insurance company sent Paul Davis Restoration and they were fantastic. Adrian, Hector, and the crew were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. When you experience, what I call, a disaster and you're comfort zone is interrupted, you look for those qualities in a rescue team. Thanks guys! You truly made the process easier to bare.

Hurricane Hillary damaged our roof and leaked into the living room. After the roof repairs, they removed the wet insulation, removed the popcorn ceiling, replaced and painted the ceiling, replaced the indoor window shutters,and then vacuumed and left the area looks awesome!
