We had our kitchen remodeled through an insurance claim, and I’m really thankful for how smoothly it all went. David, the project manager, was organized, communicative, and made the whole process easier to navigate. He helped us understand the insurance side of things and kept everything moving without delays.

Mario, the contractor, led the crew and did excellent work. The team was respectful, clean, and efficient throughout the project. The quality of the remodel is great, and it was finished on time with no surprises.

Appreciate both David and Mario for making a stressful situation feel manageable and for delivering a kitchen we’re proud of. It’s a huge relief to have a space that feels like home again!

Please don’t not use Paul Davis of Santa Clarita, they damaged my property and currently does not have a qualified persons over there license, the contractor disassociated himself as of 04/09/2024. The are scamming homeowners!!! Beware! I am so surprised that they have good reviews. In addition, I added some pictures of their work that was done.

P.S. when signing a contract the contractor must be present or have a HIS certification.

Paul Davis Restoration Company replaced drywall, flooring, paint and trim after I experienced flooding due to an HVAC leak. My house was a mess, and they rolled up their sleeves and got to work quickly and professionally. They were courteous every step of the way, keeping me informed as to timing, the process and progress of the job. Richie, the project coordinator, was an outstanding communicator and very pleasant to work with. David, the project manager, kept everything on track. All of my concerns were addressed immediately. The finish work was beautiful and I love the way my house looks. They completed the job earlier than expected which was an added bonus. Early Christmas Eve I woke up to a house flooded in 2 inches of water. Many of the restoration companies were unwilling to come out to my residence until after the rain stopped. Then I contact Paul Davis and within an hour they were helping me mitigate the situation. The team was very professional, responsive, and sympathetic. Within 4 hours the water was removed, a containment was setup, and drying equipment was in place. I would highly recommend Paul Davis should you experience a similar situation.

We had a great experience with the Paul Davis team. They did a complete remediation of our house that survived the Palisades fire. Everything was cleaned to perfection. They also arranged for post-remediation lead testing. As we don’t currently live nearby, they were able to take care of everything without us being there. We highly recommend this Paul Davis team!

Came back home yesterday from a well deserved vacation and had to walk into my flooded house. I contacted Paul Davis as they were highly recommended, and they did perform like they promised they would. They came out within 45 minutes, Martin inspected and also helped with extracting the water right away. Another team came withn an hour to step in to help Martin. Paul Davis also packed out my house the next day to store my property, and start the drying process the following day. They were done with the drying part within 4 days. David and Richaie helped with the repairs and everything is done, they were also great to work with. Also my belongings came back safe and sound (Thanks to Adriana, she is the best). The best thing I can say about Paul Davis is, hats off to workers. Andres Cardenas and the rest of the guys... really went up and beyond in terms of service. We really thought the remediation process was going to be a nightmare, but after the first day of work, I remember thinking to myself, "this is not so bad." Andy and his team took really great care of removing my possessions and keeping our home as clean as possible under the circumstances. Paul Davis really made a painful situation feel almost painless. Has been very responsive to our issues. They went to bat against the insurance companies with me and we work together. My wife and I really value the relationship that we built over the last couple of years. It did take a very long time to rebuild my house but American Craftsman was not the only cause of that. In fact I would say they helped it to get done in the two years and two months. That it took.

I used this company for COVID-19 disinfectant around my whole company. They were extremely quick with response times and was able to come to perform service the next day! With the pandemic situation being so crucial I really appreciate their response time. Cindy was amazing to work with as well. So attentive and answered all of my phones calls when I needed her. I highly recommend them!

This is the only company I would think to call if my customers or I had any sort of emergency restoration service needs. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of excellent service and this is a company that is attentive, professional, and meticulous with the work they do (which in a restorative setting, these are the qualities I look for). Cindy Reid does an exceptional job taking care of her clients and making sure all of their questions are answered and service related needs are attended to.

Walt did a great job. With home renovation, there are so many moving parts (insurance, design, many sub-contractors, managing the crews, etc), so there are always unexpected challenges. Walt kept us in the loop as things changed, he was patient and committed to the job—once it started, he never left us hanging or wondering. And best of all, the project turned out great! We are super happy 👍

They are a phenomenal team that handled everything from my personal property, the necessary drying and the complete rebuilding of the inside of my home! I can’t say enough great things about the work done on my home this week!! I don’t usually leave reviews but Walt, Art & Jose knocked it out of the park. After a water leak in my downstairs damaged my kitchen, bathroom and pantry these guys quickly and beautifully repaired the drywall & baseboards and made it all look brand new. They were professional, tidy and polite. Walt kept me informed every step of the way during the work. They really went above and beyond and helped me work with my homeowners insurance as well. I can’t thank them enough!!

The team at American Craftsman are simply awesome. It is impressive that they a 360 degree system called "DocuSketch" to capture each project. This allows the insurance adjusters to be able to review the damaged property remotely and settle issues without having to have the adjuster return to the site multiple times as additional issue arise. If you need property damage professionals, these are the folks to use. Period.
