Mundo was on time, professional and great at explaining important tips when using my new appliances after our recent kitchen remodel. He checked each burner of our new Viking stove and made some adjustments to the burners. He also talked me through some steps in using our Viking dishwasher. Mundo was excellent…professional, friendly and highly competent. He confirmed apppointment, let us know he was encountered and immediately started to diagnose the problem with the Biko range. He also noticed another problem with the leg on the range and tried to repair that problem. Mundo shared what he was doing during the repair and went much deeper in the analysis of the problem than previous appliance repair technicians.
