Our old 30 yr Maytag washer finally gave out on us. :( We hoped it was just the belts but alas no. Parts no longer available to fix it but they gave it their best effort!! And no charge for the trouble either!! Thank you so much!!

Gold Ridge was able to help me out quickly to repair my 8 year old LG washing machine. Co-owner Jeff took my call and made the appointment to come out the day before my knee surgery, for which I am grateful. He also found the needed part(s), as the water sensor had failed. Co-owner Ken came out and did the work in less than a 1/2 hour and I was back in business. Thanks to both of you for helping me out in my time of need. I will definitely use your services again.

Jeff was extremely professional. He worked with us coordinating the service rep replacing our ice maker due work schedules. Communication was excellent, sending updates when the new ice maker was in and when Kenn was due to arrive to handle the service. Kenn was prompt and courteous. We are happy to refer Gold Ridge Appliance Repair. We will most definitely call on them for future repair needs.

Kenn came this morning to see if he could fix the burners on our 20 year old Whirlpool stove. The burners weren’t igniting easily and the flame was very low. He cleaned them out with a little file, and got them working perfectly. He then took a look at the oven, and confirmed that it was lighting well. He recommended that we get a silicon pad for the bottom of the oven (rather than using aluminum foil) and a digital thermometer to check if the temperature control was accurate.
We are very happy with the work he did and we’ll certainly call Gold Ridge Appliance Repair next time we have a problem with any appliance. I really appreciate their focus on keeping older appliances out of the landfill.

Our washing machine broke down Monday afternoon. I messaged Gold Ridge Monday night with details of what was going on. Jeff responded Monday night letting me know he had the part and could schedule us the same week. The next morning on Tuesday, Jeff called me and said they can schedule me for the same day. Jeff (field guy) was great, he got it fixed and repaired and we are washing clothes again. Very quick to respond, quality work, and local.
I liked that they took the time to do the work right rather than rushing to make a deadline or fit a budget.
I hire local. I hire quality, and I will hire Gold Ridge Appliance again. Great Job!

Redwood Gospel Missions is pleased with the service and staff at Gold Ridge Appliance. One of our ministries is a Women and Children's 30-day emergency shelter.
