Two years ago Mundo repaired our oven so I could reliably roast our Thanksgiving turkey. Today, he looked at our 10-year old dishwasher and recommended that we not repair it because it would cost about half as much as buying a new one. I really appreciate his honesty about the cost-benefit of repairing this appliance- he could have made money off us, instead he just got his diagnostic fee and my appreciation. I'll definitely give him a call if another appliance goes down.
