This is the 2nd time I’ve used Andy. I had a water leak under my kitchen sink that I never addressed. Andy and his crew are professional guys doing very good work in mold remediation. I got an estimate which I found reasonable for the work they had to do and they got started almost immediately. No stone was left unturned as they cleaned up and treated a disgusting laundry area and made it very usable! They ended up doing more than I expected and even replaced my dryer vent for me! I suspected the room above the laundry might be impacted by moisture issues. They found the well hidden mildew staining, treated the area and replaced the baseboards PLUS removed the closet carpet and replaced with vinyl boards there so my closet won’t smell musty anymore. They did a great job, it took 2 full days plus an hour to wrap up. I couldn’t be happier to have this peace of mind and now usable laundry.
