Chad came to our house yesterday 2 hours after we gave him a call. You've had a leak for over a week. We've had multiple plumbers come out and no one could find the leak. And like I said we called Chad yesterday and within 2 hours he was out here and with an hour he found the leak. If you have a leak and you want someone honest and reasonable call Chad and NorCal leaks

Worst Customer Service! Lady's who answer the phones are very rude and not knowledgeable at all! The technicians are not all familiar of the services they do. I had them out about 4 times for the same reason and nothing seems to get done!

Amazing customer service. Austin was so helpful and generous with his time to answer all of my questions. Our well was done more than 25years ago and he was able to answer all of my questions and give me helpful advice to solve my problems just for the sake of good customer service. I would suggest their knowledge and expertise to anyone looking for a trustworthy well company. Great!

Had well issues on two separate wells at different times and both were taken care of quickly and without any drama or sales pitches. One well was just a circuit breaker button and the other was a new control unit. They don’t spend more time than they need to. I was able to call and also communicate by email with the office and ask them for advice a few times as well and they have been very accommodating and professional. I like they are nimble and responsive like a family business and well organized like a larger company. They came out same day which wasn’t expected or even requested but appreciated.

This is the second time this year Petersen Drilling & Pump has come to our rescue!! We had a complete pump failure and the moment we called them, they took action. We want to recognize Tyler, Travis and Christian for being timely, professional, knowledgeable, hard working, honest and down to earth. We have used many different contractors over the last four years, providing us with many different forms of services, Les Petersen Drilling & Pump have ALWAYS come through for us. Austin Is who i deal with most of the time, he always returns my calls on a very timely manner, when other contractors don't. They have provided us excellent customer service. Great company to do business with. Austin as well as his workers are well trained and differently now what they're doing.

I had Mr. Les Petersen drill a new well and install new equipment in 1998. In November 2024 the well stopped working and I called Peterson Drilling. They quickly determined the problem and scheduled the necessary repairs. I am completely satisfied with the office staff and all the employees at Petersen Drilling.

Matt Petersen was hired to do a well inspection for a prepurchase of a property I wanted. Based on his good report, I purchased the land. When I actually went to hookup the well, the well was useless and I had to drill a new well, which cost me $20,000. I found out that Matt Petersen did a "drive by" inspection not a real inspection. His inspection cost $650. They were not willing to take responsibility for anything. This company is the very worst and cost me dearly by believing in them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I reached out to Jon for a slow draining kitchen sink and clothes washer drain line He came out promptly to video camera the inside of the drain pipe, diagnosed the problem area and made the proper repair. Excellent work!
