Rock Solid came out when I called and had my sewer
line repaired in a day. The workers were very professional and
I would recommend this company to anyone.

I needed an upstairs toilet replaced. I had purchased the one I wanted and just needed it replaced. Rock Solid gave me a fair price upfront with option to dispose of old toilet. Clavey called 20 min ahead to advise he was coming. He explained progress on everything as he went. When he finished he cleaned everything up and took away all debris.
Great service and I like they are local business.

Really happy I found this company. I manage second homes for homeowners in Sonoma County. Coltan and his team are thorough and work well to investigate the issues and come up with a plan to resolve it quickly. I've been able to get them out quickly for more urgent repairs. And their fees are reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Over the years, Rock Solid has been to the rescue on many clogged sewer jobs for both residential and commercial properties. When I need the service, it is unfortunately an emergency service call that needs immediate attention since our regular plumbers cannot always get to same-day visits.

I had a clogged tub at one of my rental properties and called Rock Solid Drains. They were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. On very short notice and at the end of the day, R.S. Drains came out a figured out what was wrong with our sewer line. With their camera, they showed me exactly what was wrong (an mis-installation by a previous plumber) and got us squared away. Friendly and professional. Good people!

Our main line got clogged on a Saturday night and I texted Casey. He responded soon after
and got Coltan to come on Sunday morning. Thanks to his high power system and camera he was able to clean up the main drain and troubleshoot what the problem was. A broken connection between the main line and the septic tank had led to an accumulation of sewage.
Great service and great relief this being the weekend before Thanksgiving!

Excellent, comprehensive, friendly, on time service. They evaluated several drains in short order. Good, well outfitted plumbers aren't cheap these days, so I think Rock Solid charged me fairly. Yes, I would call them for plumbing needs again. We are fortunate to have them.

Used RSD to inspect drain and sewer lines in an older home we are purchasing. They showed up on time and did the inspection. They gave a detailed report with photos of the line interior. An estimate for necessary repairs was also provided. Communication with Colton was excellent with prompt replies. We will use RSD to perform the needed repairs and review further.

The Rock Solid Drain technician was able to arrive within an hour or so of my initial phone call, which was greatly appreciated because both drains in our kitchen sink were badly clogged. Another plumbing company couldn’t get to us until the next day.

The technician was friendly, professional, and skilled. Within 45 minutes the drains were flowing freely, and we got some good advice on what not to put into our garbage disposal. If the need arises, we will definitely be repeat customers.

I am a retired commercial plumber and knew what I needed and spent some time on the internet to find the right company with a fair price and good reviews. Rock Solid Drains snaked out my washing machine drain multiple times both thru the trap and thru the clean out. They reconnected the machine multiple times and there was still poor flow thru the trap. They finally located a foreign object in the trap with a camera. They did not charge me any more for their work and I was able to repair the trap
