I had the greatest experience with Roto Rooter. My water heater went out on Saturday and a called 2 other companies before Roto-Rooter and it was a no go. Roto Rooter sent out Jesse, very funny and knowledgeable guy. He installed a new water heater with in 4 hours.

Absolute legend!is all I can say about the tenacious-bad ass - lad that wasn’t going to give up on the lateral line blockage we had at my home- I don’t remember what his name is but believe me I won’t forget his integrity and how he approached that task as a challenge he wasn’t going to loose no matter what it took .I can say I was very impressed by his( I won’t surrender & won’t be beaten) attitude.. if you could bottle it and put it in any domestic water supply it would be scary.❤️

First off, they answered the phone on a Saturday after just two rings. Jose was a professional phone operator and was able to get me seen today. He was kind, polite and funny. Jesse arrived and jumped right to work investigating my plumbing issue. Both men were true professionals. Polite, courteous and helpful. Jessie Grubb is very personable man and an excellent technician. He was honest , courteous, respectful, and efficient. He helped us understand the problem and how he was going to solve it—which he did! We have great confidence in his work and will always call him again if we have new issues that require his variety of skills.
