We bought an older place, where we retired, that had several issues. After several backed up toilet issues we finally called Roto Rooter. The guy they sent, Dustin, suggested we replace our toilets. Dustin suggested replacing our two toilets with taller ones, that are more suitable for me and my wife with our disabilities. We were so happy with the service we got that later we requested Dustin to come back to fix our hot water heater, but we had him replace it as well,just to have the peace of mind.

What a pleasant company to deal with. From the moment we called we were treated with professionalism and respect. We were in crisis mode having a dinner party, when disaster started to happen. I was frantic for them to come out immediately! Within a brief time a nice young man, I believe his name was Dustin, showed up at our door and he immediately assessed the problem and began taking care of the VERY delicate situation. Although nobody wants backed up plumbing, especially while entertaining guests, we truly appreciate how responsive Roto Rooter was to our emergency.

Today’s service was undoubtedly the best I have experienced from this industry. Jay was punctual, polite , professional and went above and beyond to see that my Storm water drain issue was addressed and that I felt confident in knowing that the issue was resolved. I can not remember the last time I had such wonderful customer service. It speaks volumes to the employee and its management for having staff who care and who want to deliver a service they can be proud. I will be definitely be requesting Jay and his co workers to address any future plumbing issues. Thank you again.
