ProPlumb was recommended by my home insurance provider to install a Moen Flo Leak Detector which was required to bind the insurance.

From the outset Jordan lived up to his company's name - he is a Pro. All calls were immediately returned. All appointments were promptly met. All work was expertly explained.

My house was built in 1960. On the initial visit Jordan warned me that there were often hidden pitfalls with older houses. He hit the jackpot on my house.

Essentially, one job became three projects. To start, what we both were confident was the incoming water line turned out to be the gas line. He very carefully cut into it. A small gas leak emerged. He used to work for P, G & E working on their gas lines. He repaired the line and improved my situation by taking the old line above ground and eliminating underground galvanized pipe that was deteriorating. The end result is so clean and logical looking and saved me from a possible future underground gas leak.

After spending the morning completing the gas line repair, he went under the house to review the plumbing and prepare to install the Flo Meter.

He found what looked like the incoming water line. However, it turned out to be an old incoming pipe that was never properly shut off during previous renovations to the house. The situation only became clear after the Flo Meter was fully installed and he attempted to turn back on the water to the house. It was installed on an inert water line.

Jordan never complained or lost his focus. He simply went back under the house and found the live incoming pipe that was buried into the outside wall. He removed the Flo unit from the first location and installed the meter in the proper location. Effectively he installed the meter twice for the price of one.

There was never a comment about additional charges. Jordan was motivated to get the job completed correctly. At the end of this long day (much longer than expected), he made sure that the Flo Meter app was properly working. He took the time to explain it to me and make sure that it was fully operational.

I am so appreciative of Jordan's depth of experience, his tenacity to stay after the proper solution, and his extremely helpful approach to his work. A less experienced, or less ethical, contractor would simply not have been able to effectively complete this job.

We got outrageous quotes from multiple other places and told it would take over 8 hours to do, he did it in just 3 hours and the price was amazing!! I know who we’ll be calling and referring others too from now on when things need to be fixed or updated. Seriously so thankful.

Pro Plumb is the best! I've hired Jordon many times over the last 10 years. He's always professional, easy to work with, reliable, and he does exceptional work. I have worked with MANY contractors with this 100 year old house of mine. As a single woman hiring dudes in the trades--I have seen the best and worst. I am talking theft, flirtation vs doing a good job, to downright condescending misogynistic BS. I always know when I call Jordon, it's safe in terms of all that! I also know he is reliable, and will do the job right, the first time.

There is absolutely no reason to pick anyone else other than Pro Plumb for installing a new water heater. Jordan was referred to me by Rock Solid Drains (another fantastic company), he was easy to contact, he was super efficient and he did impeccable work. He explained the entire installation process and his pricing is incredibly fair. I have no hesitation in recommending Pro Plumb to anyone and they will continue to be my plumber for future projects.

Landscaper discovered water coming from under my house while digging a trench. Removed vent to see drain piping from kitchen sink disconnected and laying in a pool of water, and garbage disposal debris.
Jordan of Pro Plumb was first of many estimates I got. I knew before all estimates were in that I wanted Jordan to do the job, pleased also that his estimate was the most reasonable.
My home has got to be one of the most horrible crawls, but adding the soaking wet conditions and stinking disposal debris, i really felt sorry for whoever has to make that crawl. Jordan elaborated on the conditions, but never complained once during entire job. While crawling to kitchen, he found an almost larger sewer leak from under bathroom area, but that additional find only added $350 to original estimate. Everything he found he showed me pictures before and after. He installed 3 times more than code strapping so I'll never have to worry about sewer pipes breaking loose again.
Total repairs came in lower than all other estimates, and there was no charge for initial inspection crawling.
If you want it done once, and beyond right at a very reasonable price, call Jordan at Pro Plumb. And he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
