I am out of state and have been having quite a bit of drainage issues this spring with a rental property. I called and spoke to Colton and he offered to go out the same day and assess the situation for any obvious issues. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He even provided pictures for my understanding. This level of service is very difficult to find and I can say for certain that we will call them again when we need anything related to drains. I was very satisfied with Rock Solid Drain. They assessed, gave an estimate that was fair, and completed the job expeditiously. After many years of living with a sluggish shower drain (because to be fixed one would have to work in a shallow space under the house)our very old pipes were reconfigured and replaced. I am a happy customer!

A tenant was having issues where the toilets weren’t flushing properly, and my mom was referred to Rock Solid Drains by her plumber, as he didn’t have the equipment to do what was needed. Rock Solid Drains came out the same day and they were wonderful to work with! Large tree roots were the culprit, so they used a high pressure hydro-jetter to rid the line of buildup. Then they tested the toilets/line and everything was draining properly again. We greatly appreciate the promptness, communication, hard work, and expertise of Rock Solid Drains, and will definitely be using them again in the future!
