They did a wonderful job for us to locate a sewer line in Santa Rosa

I manage a vacation rental in Forestville, narrow, confusing roads all sorts of possibilities.
We could not find the property septic tank and the clean out kept getting clogged. Also occasional back ups.
Jon reached out asap, very personable, texted me on his way with a window! A good size window.
Followed directions and there he was. Not I'm the neighbors drive way or blocking the road.
So appreciative for that.
Had all the equipment, found all leach lines, and the tank really fast.
Had great recommendations for a company to deal with the hillside and parking. Really nice guy, prompt, communicates and got the job done for way cheaper than a few companies I called. He's your man if you cant find that tank!

Working with Jon over the past year or so (we have had several plumbing issues) has been a wonderful experience. Jon has taken care of every problem very promptly, professionally, and has shared what he knows to guide our decision making. His work is really good, and he is fair, and a great guy too.

We had a plumbing backup yesterday in our bathroom, and Jonathan was able to come out right away to help us. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to find the problem with our plumbing right away and fix it without breaking our bank accounts. Quick and efficient service from start to finish. Professional correspondence. These are honest folks. While they were excavating they discovered an existing clean out which was in good shape and ended up saving us some money. There are companies out there that will try and get every dollar out of you but it was clear that SLS does not operate that way. Glad we found them!

Had a great experience with Sewer Line Survey. Jonathon was great to work with and the pricing was very fair. He discussed all the options with me and didn't try to hard sell anything. Would highly reccomend this company. Being new to the area, I now have a plumber I will continue to go back to when the next need arises.

I can’t really say enough about Derrick Allen and Allen Mechanical. When our first post-fire builder basically abandoned us, a new builder took over and brought in Allen Mechanical to complete the plumbing. Not only did they do an excellent job, but Derrick managed to do some plumbing magic to fix problems left by the previous company. That is Derrick’s super power: a high level of intelligence that allows him to diagnose and fix difficult problems.
Derrick is also just an extremely nice guy, and he is always responsive when we are having problems. We have had occasions to need him fairly urgently, and he has always answered our texts expeditiously. He is honest, fair and trustworthy. I can say without reservation that we would never call any company but Allen Mechanical for plumbing issues.

Derek and his team at Allen Mechanical have helped me with various plumbing (and gas line) needs over the past couple of years. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Everyone on the team seems very knowledgeable and you can tell they take pride in doing the job the right way.
Over the years I've had lots of plumbers come out to help with things and Allen Mechanical is the only one I've ever had come back for more than one job. I highly recommend Derek and his team for any plumbing needs!

The faucet and drain were repaired and the bathroom sink started leaking a few weeks later. Hogan did not take responsibility and ignored the problem. I had to do the repair again

These guys are the best I've worked with a number of different plumbers and watch some companies get bought out. I used to love Moore plumbing and heating but those guys have sold out to some corporate faceless penny pinching jerks. I still love Reggie the plumber but those guys are always booked cuz they're great. When it comes to large industrial jobs that would cost you several million dollars, Hogan plumbing and radiating systems is the best.

Update:
The work they did was fast, and it seems incomplete. Not a year has passed and the water heater starts purging randomly in the middle of the night. I've tried to reach them for 2 days and they haven't called back.

Oh and Debra Buckman works there, soo.....not an honest review.

there are lots of plumbers and drain clearing companies to choose from. BUT, if you want a team that is responsive, communicative, thorough AND loves their work, rock solid is your choice. fair prices, on time, responsive and knowledgeable. i'm a building contractor and have used them at friends' homes, my rentals and my own home. top notch. you won't have ANY regrets that you called the wrong company.

I reached out to RSD for a consultation after an engineer look at our drain. There was a very quick response time and on site visit.
Casey listened to our problem and assessed the drain and drainage system. He agreed with the information from the engineer and made a plan to make changes to the drain.
All the work was done within5 days and he sent pictures from before and after.
Will have them back for any other drain problems.

I have used Rock Solid Drains several times now ( after wasting time and money on a plumber who was never able to fix the problem). These guys (Casey and Colton) are efficient and a pleasure to work with. Stopped up drains in sink or whole house? Try these guys first.

When you think of plumbers think of Rock Solid Drains. Right now put their name in the P section of your address book. Look at all the services they do on their website. They just completed a service on my old cast iron pipes that I had never heard of. It extended the life of the pipes. They showed up on time with all the tools needed to complete the job. You can't ask for more. I have used them before and they were the first plumbers I called this time.

Rock Solid Drains was fast, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond what was the initially the primary issue so I would not have the same problem again. Clavey was my technician. I cannot recommend this company enough.
