My wife and I were getting quotes a head of time for complete replacement of our HVAC/ducts. Nick was at our house the next day and provided us with our quotes in real time. As a customer not knowing the ins and outs of hvac, Adam and Nick were amazing to deal with. Text or phone they were very responsive and answered all my questions in a very professional way. Never had a sigh or robotic tone when answering our questions. They were HUMAN! You guys are awesome and thanks again! Highly recommend!

AC is essential in Santa Clarita. Custom Air Specialists found and installed the perfect slimline unit for my narrow walkway outside and it has worked like a gem! In the approximate 10 years that I’ve owned it there has been 2 occasions that it needed parts replaced as that’s what happens with age. On both occasions thinking I may have to suffer sleeping at night for a day or days and my wife adding more stress to the situation, CAS was at my house the day of the phone call and had my unit back up and running within an hour. Plain and simply put, I will only call CAS for any of my AC (and heating) needs. They show up. They do the job. They are awesome!

It was a pleasure dealing with ADAM. He answers the phone so we could discuss our needs rather than going through a salesman His bid was very reasonable and his crew completed the installation of our new furnace efficiently and corrected some ductwork all within the original bid.

Called to have my furnace serviced. Techs arrived on time and were friendly and professional from the start. Even wore booties over their boots to keep my floors clean. They completed the service and checked the registers etc making sure they were thorough. I was very pleased with the service they provided and I for sure will recommend them. I’ll be calling them back soon to service the A/C

Outstanding. Great teamwork to solve unexpected issues with installation. Came back next day to be absolutely sure the system was tweaked for optimum performance. Heard a strange sound two weeks later and they came again and found and eliminated the sound. Professionalism and willing to go the extra mile for assured quality. And, I got a senior/veteran's discount, too!

I had the supreme pleasure of working with Adam Norvell at custom air specialists today. Adam and his crew installed a new air and heat unit in our condo that was built in 1976. That was 10 years ago and I have had zero problems with it since. He came out today to do a service and I have to say he is just as nice clean, tidy and professional as he was when he installed the unit 10 years ago. I could not recommend anybody better than him. Especially if you are a senior like me, you don’t want to be taken His prices are fair and his work is impeccable. Do yourself a favor and if you need anything air or heat unit related or servicing call custom air specialists.

My experience with CAS, specifically Adam and Nick, has been excellent. I had my dual AC unit and furnace replaced last summer, (3200 sq ft house,) and it has worked beautifully ever since. They also installed a whole house PuriFi Air Purification System, which I absolutely love!

Not only did they initially try to fix my 20 year old unit first in an honest effort to save me $, but they beat all competitive quotes I presented when we finally had to admit my original unit was dead. Further, they were kind, honest, professional and I felt very safe having them in my home for so many hours at a time.

If you're looking for honest, all-around, "Good people," to do maintenance or installation work for you, you MUST give these guys a shot. I seriously couldn't recommend them more. I am so grateful there are still businesses that exist like this one!!!
