Frank is the "Stove Whisperer". My burner had a lazy flame and Frank looked at it and said the burner head was worn. How does a stationary part wear out? I went ahead and had him order the part and to my suprise that was the problem!! How he could tell was beyond me. I've used World over the past years and have always been satisfied. I plan to call Frank again for my refrigerator that makes ice for a month and then just stops. I believe that will be money well spent.

My refrigerator wasn't making ice so I called and asked to send Frank to check out the problem. He used his phone to get the latest service bulletins and he thoroughly checked the ice maker. He found the water fill tube frozen and he thawed it out. Bottom line this is a unrepairable issue resulting from from the design of the unit. He recommended I cycle the fill tube defrost occasionally. I now have a full tray of ice. Money well spent.

Unfortunately our washing machine was beyond its repair life. We have opted to purchase a new one. Kevin was very helpful with the best options for a washer which will perform well for our family. Both technicians that came to our house were on time, courteous, clean & were very knowledgeable.

Our technician Frank was great – came when expected, spent a lot of time working on the machine and talking with us about what he was doing, and in the end was able to tell us what we need to do and gave us a couple of options and we couldn’t be more pleased

Victor came out today to repair my freezer icemaker and gas stove. He arrived promptly within the time window advised. He was friendly and professional. He completed both repairs in a timely manner. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend World Appliance for your repair needs.

Frank and Luis provided excellent customer service while repairing my refrigerator and stove. They were punctual, gave transparency on the problems, and a reasonable estimate on how long it was going to take for my parts to come in to finish the jobs. I'm very happy with the results. We have a 12 year old dishwasher. The control valve went out on it and we needed to replace it. I went to World Appliance and showed John the part. I was thinking I would need to try the internet or call the manufacturer. 2 mins later John returns with the exact part! Extremely happy.

John from world appliance came out to service my heater and got me ready for the cold weather coming in. The Bi-annual contract I signed up for is an in depth check to keep my air conditioner system running. I had other cheap maintenance contracts in the past and all they wanted to do was sell me a new system. A friend of mine had their unit damaged by another company during their cheap maintenance in order to sell them a new unit. The cheap ones always seem to be a scam. World appliance is honest and only suggest replacement when required major repairs make it make sense. The prices were very fair and I look forward to referring everyone I know to give and get the discount credits for my next years service. They are coming out in spring to finish the contract maintenance service.

WP got to the bottom of the problem with the icemaker on our Kitchenaid refrigerator. It is apparently a known problem with in-door icemakers. I had a another company come out and they didn't want to touch it, claiming it was difficult to diagnose and fix. Victor was professional and friendly. And got the job done. Yay Victor!

We wanted to know if our refrigerator was repairable. Yes, we had to pay for the asessment but Frank and Luis were straightforward and to the point. They make a good team.

Just wanted to give positive feedback for Frank. He was just at my house troubleshooting why one of my range burners wouldn't ignite. He figured out the problem pretty fast and we are working on finding the discontinued part so he can come back later and fix it. Frank was amazing as he is very knowledgeable and efficient with the replacement of the igniter for my LG oven. This is the first time that I had the experience of getting an Appliance repaired the same day as he had the part on his truck. Thank you!

Had an issue plaguing my fridge for the past 3 months. Called World Appliance for assistance and they had technicians out here the next day. Frank and Luis were amazing in both their knowledge of the issue, professionalism in getting it solved for me, and their customer service. Will absolutely call them again the next time I need help!

Frank did a great job for us on changing the water pump for our washer along with aligning our hoses probably. The dispatcher was also helpful in getting a technician coming to our home on a promptly basis. Much appreciate it and will use their service again. Thank you.
