I called Custom Air Specialist because my plumber ruled out that there is no pipe leak but water accumulating in the HVAC drain system so something must have been clogged. They came the next day and sent the best person for the job, Adam Nuvell. He was very professional, efficient, and excellent at his job. Very impressed with this company and the service they provided! My husband spoke with Todd and he got somebody out that day. Nicholas came out to the house to figure out why my Air Conditioning was not running. On his first visit, it presented one way and he fixed some connection issues etc outside and everything was running he waited 20 minutes and then he left.He told us that if for any reason it happens again to let him know. Later that day the problem repeated itself. Nick was back the next morning and figured out that the problem was a clog up in the attic that caused a condensate blow out (I hope I wrote that right) He got it all fixed and gave me a great price with a deduction of the amount I paid the day before. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone they are honest they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Thanks again, Nick.

Custom Air Specialists were great! I called in the morning and Adam fit me into their schedule that same day. Nick who came out to my house, replaced the A/C capacitor and had everything working again in no time. Super friendly and easy to work with—I’d definitely call them again!!!

Excellent work, very efficient! They explained the whole cleaning duct process and did a whole clean up after, my house was spotless and smelled gorgeous. Now my AC will work more efficiently.

Adam with Custom Air was able to resolve a wiring issue with our CO system and integrate the sensors into our exhaust fan by installing the transformer inside the exhaust fan disconnect. Really streamlined the workflow and made the situation pass inspection with ease! He definitely has the advanced knowledge to resolve the issues that typically cause me weeks of delays and back and forth calls between subs and consultants. I highly recommend them! You pay for what you get! Really good service!
