Devon was my project manager and he is incredible!! Platinum is very lucky to have him as an employee. Everyone was great. On time, very good and friendly workers, owner Gil came by several times to check on the project, Devon always came by or called making sure I was happy, fair pricing, great work, if something is not correct they will make sure that it’s corrected and that you’re happy!! The BEST!! Don’t waste your time looking for a contractor!!! You just found the BEST!!

The bathroom used to be the one room everyone avoided, but after Platinum Home Builders finished their work, it became everyone’s favorite. The transformation was incredible. They replaced the old tub with a sleek glass shower, added beautiful tiles that catch the light just right, and installed lighting that makes the whole room glow. What impressed me most was how organized and respectful the crew was, always cleaning up before leaving each day and keeping the project moving without delays. It felt like they actually cared about the final result, not just finishing the job. Now every time I walk in, it feels like stepping into a brand-new home.

Platinum Home comes highly recommended! Devon was the project manager for my 2.5 bathroom remodel, and he is a great communicator. He came over the same day on short notice while I was in town visiting the subject rental property. I shared with him my vision of the project literally on a piece of paper and they turned the light “blue print” into reality without formal building doc instructions. The pricing was quick and within market. The quality, cleanliness, and friendliness of their sub contractors were strong. All inspections passed first time. Devon regularly took pictures and sent me progress updates as I live 2000 miles away from the work being performed. The team worked swiftly while accommodating my tenant’s schedule and even picked up parts/materials from local retailers that I purchased online to help complete the job. Well done and highly recommended!

My bathroom remodel with Gil came out really nice. He kept me updated the whole time and caught small details before they became problems. Our house needed some updating, the hardwood floors refinishing, and a remodel of the master suite and bathroom, including a build out for a walk in closet area. Our friends have said it looks like a hotel now, very posh and relaxing. Gil was always very responsive, and his tiling team did a really beautiful job, and his guys helped bring our vision to life. (I tried to put some before and after photos for visual comparison. The slatted wood behind the platform bed is acoustic wood paneling which helps absorb some sound. We added wood over the stairs as well as light bars triggered by motion sensors at the top or bottom.)

Full disclosure, my son Devon (he's the best, you'll see) works for Platinum Home Builders—and I'm glad he does! He brought in a great concrete guy, and my old crumbly asphalt driveway is now an awesome concrete driveway. The work was first class. LASER surveying and leveling, the rebar is tapped into the existing concrete of the garage and back sidewalk. They surprised me by putting in a first class drain, too (existing drain line was fed by a simple hole), without me asking for it. The installer was especially concerned that the driveway would drain properly, and when the rains came everything was fine. Really a flawless job, not one thing I don't like. I enjoy practicing basketball on the nice back pad, and it's now a smooth drive to and from the garage, all 83 feet.

The bathroom remodel came out amazing from start to finish. The team paid close attention to every detail, from the tile layout to the finishing touches around the vanity and lighting. Communication was clear throughout, and any small adjustments were handled quickly without delay. The space feels brighter, cleaner, and more modern than before. You can really tell the crew took pride in their work, keeping everything organized and leaving the place spotless each day. The final result feels like a completely new bathroom.

I recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Platinum Home Builders & Design, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, Mark and his team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality finished product.

The project involved a complete transformation—merging the old kitchen, dining room, and pantry into one large, modern space. Every aspect of the renovation was handled with precision, from the new cabinetry and kitchen island with a mini-fridge and dishwasher to the over-the-top faucet by the stove and updated electrical with a new sub-panel. The Carrera-style porcelain tile in a checkered rhombus pattern turned out beautifully, adding a timeless elegance to the space.

Mark was great to work with—communicative, knowledgeable, and always ensuring the work was up to the highest standard. Platimun Home Builders & Design is a pleasure to work with! Mr. Reeves met with me in late January 2025, I needed an estimate on my patio roof that was affected/ damaged by the high winds. I had not realized that there was damage to my house roof as well. Mr. Reeves was very through on his inspections, he provided me with photographs of what he had seen when he was on the roof. He worked on an itemized quote. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the work done immediately, due to some fluctuations with my employer, I had to put this off. Since January, Mr. Reeves has maintained communication checking in to see how I’m doing with heartfelt concern. I truly appreciate this! There was no second-guessing or doubt in my mind that I would do business with him (Platinum). He was not only beyond professional, but patient and worked with me regarding the financial aspects of the work. End result? A beautiful new roof! Incredibly grateful we decided to work with Platinum Home Builders and Design, specifically Mark R. Working with him and his team was absolutely fantastic. Everything was paced appropriately and completed a little earlier than we anticipated, thanks to Mark’s diligence in coordinating the different teams working onsite. We had a pretty big job: full kitchen gutting, all new plumbing throughout the house, 2 bathroom renovations, and all new flooring and painting throughout the entire house (interior and exterior). It was so nice to work with someone I could trust with our old house (built in the 50’s). Mark was extremely communicative and transparent about various things that popped up (as things do with 75 yo houses) during our renovation and provided solutions we were happy with. Bar was great. He resolved the issue to replace the water damage to
our landing at the top of our exterior stairway to our front door.
Even though the insurance didn't cover it he did well in trying to
convince them of my problem. The project took less than two
days to complete. Great help from the two repair men that he
sent out as well. Very professional.

His crew worked tirelessly, ripping out the old moldy carpet and putting in beautiful laminate flooring. They even helped me pick out a new dehumidifier!
