I’d like to thank Martin for a great job with his roofing company. I see why they’ve been in business for 40 years. I haven’t replaced my roof since I bought the place in the year 2000 so it’s more than time and then we had a few leaks the process was very easy. They cleaned up after themselves. He did an amazing job. This is the best roofing company in Los Angeles if you ever need one.

They were amazing I needed a roof repair for my aunt's house here in Sherman Oaks I came out during the storms I covered it with a tarp same day they were very affordable even after we needed the repair. Martin handled the whole thing from a to z we pulled permits for the repair that we was needed he passed with inspections I couldn't be happier everything went according to plan they even cleaned up after themselves with a magnetic broom they feel drone after to show me what the repair looks like I'm very happy with their service if you ever need a roofer the Los Angeles area don't hesitate to call

Gil provided three designs which also included a walk in closet and far better flow while staying within the additional square feet we were considering. The scope of the project including timelines, cost, and design options were clearly communicated and most importantly accurate throughout. We love love the results. This is my second project working with Platinum. This time araound I remodeled the kitchen. Great job, very pleased. They gave the room a whole new look and feel. The painters, counter top guys, tile guys, and especially Alex the cabinet builder were all very professional and careful. was in need of a new roof on my 14 X 50 patio after a prior job failed miserably (a leaky, poorly done repair). In the midst of poor response times on phone calls, and estimate appraisal no shows from other contractors, Platinum HB were very responsive. I received a quick call back as well as onsite appraisal and subsequent quote from Larry, who would be the project manager and my liaison on the project. When we decided to go ahead with the work things happened fast. Three full days of work from crews who showed up on time and got straight to it. It took more time to get the initial inspection scheduled and final checked off done than it did for the actual repair to be completed. The communication throughout the process was timely, and I always knew where the project stood. Juan, the regional foreman was also instrumental in keeping me updated, with both onsite visits and phone communications. I'm very happy with the work, and am planning to have Platinum do an upcoming house repaint project. Two thumbs up! Thanks, Dave!

My outdated home desperately needed a sprucing up, so I contacted Platinum Home Builders and Design and was connected with Mark. What a blessing he is! I went through the whole design and remodel process with Mark and his team of artistic and gifted craftsmen. My home has been transformed into a beautiful slice of paradise (to me)! I have a newly designed kitchen, two baths, one bedroom, office, and living area floor-to-ceiling perfection! I found Platinum on thumbtack. Let me tell you, their name is appropriate! I have had awful experiences in the past and I was dreading getting the roof done. I requested 3 estimates. Once Devon Redmond showed up to my house I knew which company I would choose! He went over all the details at our first meeting and answered any questions I had. He checked in with me a few days later to see if I had any questions and I told him finances were an issue for me. He found me financing that suited my needs! He told me the job would take 4 days, he underpromised and overdelivered! The job was done in 3 days! They cleaned up very well also! I have attached before and after photos. He stopped by the first day to make sure everything was going well! He was always available via phone throughout the project. If he didn't pick up when I called, he called right back! I am used to a company treating you good until they get your business and then you are no longer a priority. Devon did not do that, I was a priority through completion and beyond! He restored my faith in contractors! Kudos to you Devon job well done! You respresent your team very well and I hope they know what an asset you are!
